I AM KINDLY REQUESTING....

Hello friends, followers, well-wishers, and everyone else, I bring to your attention, the destitute living conditions of LGBTQ refugees and asylum seekers in Gorom refugee camp in South Sudan. Having been persecuted, rejected and disowned by our parents, cut off by our relatives and friends back in our home countries, we live a life of psychological challenges.

Life in Gorom refugee camp is not so different from the lives we experienced back in our home countries after coming out as gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders, queers, etc. We face persecution from other refugees who don't identify as LGBTQ, homophobic slurs, physical attacks, and discrimination everyday.

Lack of food, clean drinking water, proper medication, decent shelters, sanitary pads, decent clothes, are just some of the many challenges that we face as LGBTQ refugees in Gorom refugee camp. Right now I'm unemployed as I'm at the camp. Here lgbtq refugees are isolated and discriminated against so I can't work.pleace act now to share and donate to save our lives

I'm really going through a lot of suffering we transgenders we have been isolated at the camp, no food, medication and other basic needs a person should have. Me personally I go days minus food just ending up on an empty stomach, transphobic attacks are on a daily basis.please share and donate to save our lives in denger.

Am a Uganda gay man,I left Uganda because of my sex orientation,so after suffering several times in Uganda,I had to run to save my life, i ran to Kenya the neighborhood country,to save life but also there the situation did not change,I was also assaulted physically, persecuted because of being a gay,and I wasn't helped by the camp management and unhecr Kenya at large,

A year ago,I decided to ran to south Sudan to save my life,so I have been here for one year a 7month,but also here,the situation is so so bad,am starving,I have no medication, and am HIV/AIDS patient,my house is linking,it's a tent house, I would like to live a place I can call home.

Hello dear,I am sorry for not checking on you,I have spent five days without being online,I became sick and I went to UNHCR hospital,and I was admitted for two days,but the situation didn't change,and the only choice I had i sti go for a private hospital for better treatment, teaching there,I was tested and the doctor found out that I was suffering from malaria and typhoid,I was unconscious by the time I was taken to hospital,and my friend I was with requested the doctor to treat me,to save life first,as they look for money, though am recovering from sickness,the bad side of it is that,I haven't fully cleared the hospital bill,I have been helped by the people I live with but they have failed to clear the full bill,am here by kindly requesting you for help to clear the bill so that I can be sent free to go back home,am still in hospital.every donation is valuable to save my life.

Life in the refugee camp has never been easy for us as LGBT people we face so many challenges every single day for sure most cases i rely on donations from well wishers and also some support from the UN but it is now five months since i last got something from them the situation keeps getting worse each day we try to survive with the little we have sometimes we go to sleep without food sometimes without clean water and sometimes we fall sick with no medicine yet we keep strong because we believe one day things will change we keep supporting each other as one family sharing the little that we have even when it is not enough our hope is to live in a place where we can be free accepted and safe from hate and discrimination.every donation is valuable to save our lives, please act now to share and donate.
