I understand that seeing someone make a video about Scarlet Hollow is exciting and all, but when said video is by an arrogant and closed-minded person, it's simply not worth it.

I respectfully expressed a disagreeing opinion, and she removed my comment and blocked my account. I didn't say anything bad or mean. It was just a simple disagreement and not even over anything serious.

Please be aware of this in the future.

just had this little exchange:

this is a scam. i feel bad for whoever actually made silentduck7; i checked the blog and it seemed pretty new, with only 2 posts that were pretty innocuous.

but this interaction appears to be a variation on the "hey i accidentally reported your account" scam that's been going around lately, meaning the account was hacked and is now trying to hack others. I don't have any settings turned on that mean someone wouldn't be able to message me, and when i kindly suggested they send an ask, they insisted on using messages. between that and the "explain what we did mistakenly to your account" red flag, that's all i needed to know.

it seems a fair few people have now encountered this type of scam, but i hadn't seen this spin on it mentioned. so, i wanted to let my followers know this is a thing. If you get similar messages, just report (ironically, lol), block, and move on.

I'm curious, did getting Tabitha to make the sacrifice in episode 3 become harder? The first time I got it I wasn't even trying to, now it feels like I can't get it. I feel like I've done everything right, I didn't hang out with Stella on Monday, on Tuesday I tried to stay home, and then on Wednesday I didn't ditch her and I invited her to go ghost hunting, and yet she does nothing when I choose sacrifice. Am I missing something, or was it always this hard?

A lot of social checks got harder. Working on a patch right now that rolls back most of the difficulty increase to the episode 3 check you're referencing. W/ this new patch, it should be very difficult, but not impossible to pass that check without doing Tabitha's hangout. In general, I think some of her checks were a little too easy to pass — it's also now more likely to trigger her angry confrontation in the mines in episode 4. And for Kaneeka, it's now harder to romance her in 4, but easier to be invited into her room.

Just got the patch, now Tabitha makes the sacrifice. Though I was a little worried how it would effect my ability to romance Kaneeka on a different save, but thankfully it doesn't (probably helps that I have the Powerful Build Trait)
