☽ Oikawa loves the fact that his s/o that can match his energy. He wouldn’t mind somebody quiet and shy but he won’t feel like he’s doing too much or he needs to tone down around them.

☽ The competitive thing, I can see that being a bit of an issue for Oikawa. On one hand, they keep him on his toes and entertain his antics even when Iwa won’t. On the other hand though, I can see him being a bit .. hesitant about it? Sometimes he caught up in the petty games, especially if he loses. He’s a sore loser (when it comes to his s/o.) 

☽ “(Name)-chan, do you hate me?” - “Just because I win, everytime, doesn’t mean I hate you, Tooru.”

☽ If his s/o plays volleyball, that’s even better! He’ll definitely challenge you to a spike-off (I made that up lmaoo) or to see who gets the most receives — he usually wins these competitions.

☽ It’s even funnier when these challenges become messy … like maybe the challenge includes throwing stuff and it hits Iwa dead in the face ... and the only one who gets caught is Oikawa. (and Iwa doesn’t hold back his wrath.)
