“oh, sure! give me a sec, okay?” he takes out a small booklet in his bag, scribbling his name and his e-mail on a sheet before handing it over to them. “here you go. please send it to me whenever you think about it, okay?” he was ready to settle it there, but he can’t help the ounce of curiosity when they mention other stuff he was in.
“i really want to see all of it! i had heard about fans creating things when it came to idols and different stars, but i never thought i would ever been included in that. i’m really, really curious!”
“Ah, in that case you certainly came to the right place,” Elysia gave a laugh, “Though if it’s beauty that interests you I’d recommend visiting Parfum Palace if you haven’t already. It’s really quite the grand place. It’s not too far away actually, it’d make for a good day trip.”
“you seem like you know a lot about spots to visit. you must live here, i assume?” if so, he’d ought to take her suggestion into consideration. a palace, huh? “might i ask for a request? if you’re not busy, may you show me where this palace is? i’m... not really great with directions.” he sticks out his tongue as a way to pick fun at himself, soft, awkward laughing bubbling form him. “please?”
「 ✗ 」 DID he hear him right? He wanted him to catch a marowak? Why couldn’t one of his directors or whoever do it for him? Why did he have to do it? About to deny him, he stopped. He did make a promise after all….

Maroon eyes narrowing ever so slightly at the happy male, he let out a semi annoyed sigh leave his lips. What happened to the tough guy image he was supposed to hold up for the grunts to look up too? He would surely get yelled at if a grunt saw him or if the boss found out… Ah, well. Shrugging it off, he crossed his arms as he watched for the pokestar’s reaction.
hm? he blinks once, twice, three times from the question that was thrown at him, his head tilting the slightest as if to express confusion from the mentioning of an employee -- possibly his manager. why would he want he want his manager to come with him? yes, it would be weird to have an admin just walk into a park like he said, but...
“can i not go with you?” his smile morphs into the smallest of pouts, eyes reading kealani’s face for an answer. “i’m the one that asked, so i should be the one to go with you if you want someone to go.” though it wouldn’t be the best for his image to be seen with a grunt, azusa can’t find himself caring all that much; he could always wear something to hide his identity if only a little bit so it shouldn’t be too bad.

She was well aware of the fact she was staring from her table. Sipping from the straw of an almost empty glass of water, her eyes were narrowed at them. Their face she was sure she’d seen somewhere but placing it was proving troublesome. Even if they’d taken notice of her constant staring, she didn’t remove her gaze, she was determined to figure out where she knew them from.
Being a popular Rhyhorn Racer as well as the Ex-Champion of the Kalos region, Serena had seen a plethora of faces in her time. Typically she was good about placing a name with the face or where she’d seen them at the very least. This was the reason she was so aggravated she couldn’t place this single person. However, she’d be damned if she went over and asked for their name. As such, the simple watching and narrowing of eyes would continue till either she placed the name to the face or, they came over.
he had noticed. he was used to having people stare at him from how often his face was plastered from tabloids to televisions; from shy little glances or even intense stares like hers that felt like it would burn a hole in his skin: he’s seen it all and he can’t help how such a thing manages to stroke his ego each and every time even if such a thing was now commonplace.
it was even better considering that her face rings a bell. wasn’t she a champion at one point as well as a rhyhorn racer? hm.
with his strawberry smoothie now emptied, he thought it would be the best time to approach. he takes it upon himself to pick up his trash and toss it in the nearest bin, spinning on his heel to walk over to the table where she was in small strides.
“hello.” smile, smile: light, casual just like his tone. “would you mind if i were to sit here with you?” he thought it would be polite enough to ask. “you’re the rhyhorn racer, correct?”
At the mention of illness he’s stiffening, eyes narrowing angrily as he scoffs with a shake of his head. Though there’s heightened hostility and the urge to prattle on in defense of his illness - he disregards it, though his next words come as biting.
“If only I could take your criticism seriously or even into remote consideration, but I’ve learned by now that your perception of talent is quite faulty. After all, that perception is what led you to believe you have a chance in the industry.”
oh... he hit a nerve, didn’t he? though glen was the instigator this time around, he was much too easy to shake up and irritate. for someone who’s claim to fame was to manipulate emotions in front of a camera, he seemed piss poor at containing his own.
shame, shame, shame.
“oh, i know i have a chance with how i climbed all the way to b+ list when in a little over three months. how long did it take until you made a name for yourself here? what a shame, glen. don’t you have bigger fish to fry than to show such an ugly display in front of me?” his tone is light despite his biting words, lifting his hand to place against his own cheek. “disgraceful. no wonder you’re so sub par.”
“might you try this perfume for me? i promise it’s nothing strong – it’s supposed to smell like rain?” he waits for a couple seconds before he moves (though it’s slow to allow her time to pull away if she wishes), circling his fingers around her wrist. carefully he turns her hand so the palm was out, pulling her hand a little more to expose her wrist to him.
he then reaches in his pocket for the clear bottle (shaped like a water drop) from his pocket with his free hand, soft laughter leaving him in billows to help smooth out the mood. “i’ll do just two small sprays, okay?” he offers up the words as he lifts the spray up and over his wrist, spraying -- once, twice like he said -- the fragrance on her skin. slowly, slooowly he lowers his head to gather a wiff, sighing in satisfaction as he tilts his head up to look at her.
“it really does smell like soothing rain. i’m so, so glad it worked out.” the smile on his lips only tugs up wider, rubbing his fingertips gently in circles to massage the perfume in before pressing a gentle kiss upon where he had just sprayed. “thank you.” and then he finally lets go of her, taking a step back to bring in the personal space that was lacking.
a small sigh of satisfaction slips past his lips, eyes glancing down at the product of such emotion in his hands. pink and white flowers woven tidily into a flower crown; such shades fit her curly cotton candy locks and it leaves him pleased that he managed to find such beautiful flowers to match the beauty of a beautician.
she absolutely has to wear it now; hell, azusa knows he won’t feel completely fulfilled if she doesn’t wear the crown on her head.
“allow me.” the two words flow from him with ease, getting on his knees to gently place it upon her head. carefully he pushes a few stray strands away from her face and he can’t help the smile that appears on his face; cute: it’s just as cute as he thought it would be. he can only laugh -- low and from his chest -- as he captures the view, slowly leaning forward to press a kiss to the very tip top of her head.
“it looks beautiful on you,” he offers as an explanation once he removes his lips from the crown of her head, sticking out his tongue almost playfully. “i apologize, though i’m really glad i managed to figure out the right colors for you. wear it longer, will you?”
You are whimsical and adventurous. Though despite your very drifty mindset you are quite stable and at ease. You are influential, and able to accommodate almost anyone. Very versatile. Looker was my first attempt at roleplaying in the tumblr community, and when I started the blog I was terrified. Terrified that I wouldn’t find any writing parters and friends, terrified that I’d do something wrong, and terrified over the sheer fact that I was booting up this blog. But here we are, a few years later, and that gut feeling I had back in the day was proven to be completely wrong.
