What is his/her why?

Your “why” must push you out of bed early and not back in until real late! It’s fire in the belly.

For me, it’s a combination of global issues and personal goals.  I’ve experienced too many graduates with master degrees who are working at the local gas station or liquor store, not in their desired field in the slightest. I’ve experienced too many unexpected situations where I, the 23 year old, am guiding someone twice my age – a reverse from the expected norm. You grow up thinking of your parents as the super heroes who can fix anything. But life happens. All of a sudden you have to have more responsibility. The party on Friday night becomes unproductive and that extra shift at work becomes a blessing. The fact that our generation (generations x and y) are finding six figures worth of debt and still no clear direction in life after 4-7 years of higher education is an enormous problem, especially when the supporting baby boomer generations before them are lacking the means to support themselves – let alone to remain a lifeline for us. 

On a personal note, it’s time freedom. It’s independence from settling for less. Too often, when life gets tough it’s much easier to make decisions based on that current obstacle instead of the end goal. Well nothing worth it is easy. We are taught, “You can’t always have it your way.” Nonsense! I know we were put on this earth to construct the life that each of us truly desire. The question is what is it that you really desire? I always visualize the life that I am creating for my family and future offspring.  I paint the pictures in my head and never let them escape. The world tends to impede on one’s ability to dream. Don’t give in. Dream big and take action.

The AA Team's Words on Achievement: Successful people make decisions based on their goals even while experiencing tremendous struggle through the process. In fact, most achievers only achieve after living through extremely undesirable circumstances - but they keep their eyes on the prize. Those who are repetitively in a less-than-desired lifestyle tend to make decisions based on their current situations instead of their goals. The only way to make sure you are driving the right vehicles on your road of success is to accept that you know nothing and are willing to learn everything. Don't let assumptions sit down in your head that lead you to stand up and walk away from potential opportunity. Commit to your inner-self that you will always keep an open mind to information and criticism, despite what you think you know. Understand that you are always more important than your problems, that your only true competition is the one in the mirror.

What are the NEGATIVE consequences of taking the next steps?

What are the negative consequences of success?

Dig deep. It's not just time management causing your procrastination. It's fear. Remember your real why. It's deeper than financial compensation. What would those funds do for you? Make sure what you do has a real purpose and offers real value to others.

Almost every graduate that I've met is unsure about their future. When I ask what the plans are I am given a perturbed response, "Well, I hope I can find a job."  We are victims of a system that worked for previous generations but has not worked for us in the same light.  Our parents are not lacking in knowledge, they simply taught us what they know and what they've experienced.  The world has changed faster than many could imagine.  

I have more millionaire friends that did not go to college than ones who did. I am by no means opposed to higher education, but would you not agree this is a shocking occurrence?  I went to college and changed majors from a "high paying" major to a subject that I loved. I knew I would not be handed a job but I would study what makes me happy. After all, a "9 to 5" will not provide the freedom most of us desire in time and finances. Frankly, to expect success to be handed to you because you followed a system of overpriced credits and thesis projects is absurd. I assumed the risks, debts, and challenges knowing I - and I alone - am responsible for my actions. Your dreams and desires will never happen by accident. You have to do it on purpose.

Where you are today is a complete result of your past thought process, your past attitude, and your past actions. Be accountable! If you are not where you want to be, it is entirely your fault. If you are where you want to be, again it is entirely your fault!  Change your belief system, change your life. I aim to continue to help others step out of the comfort zone and realize a future of each person's ideal happiness.  I could care less about anyone who criticizes me or my goals in the process. I am doing it on purpose. 

My ears cringe when I hear someone complain about their situation. Truth is opportunity knocks and most do not open the door, but rather criticize and find every excuse in the book as to why something can fail. My advice is to learn how to learn, learn how to set goals, learn how to take action, then learn how to lead and duplicate that leadership amongst others. Consistently grow your circle of influence by remaining genuinely communicative with others.  A leader never stops learning, caring, dreaming, failing and moving forward. It all starts by picking up books like Hill's Think and Grow Rich or Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  Adapt the attitude promoted in literature as such and apply it to your life. Step out of the comfort zone everyday. Take the jump!

Numbers Don't Lie: Multi-Level vs. Consumer Direct - Know Your Numbers!

I was listening to a group conversation between four seasoned multi-level marketing bigwigs. They brought up a good point: In most cases, a networker with a group of 22,000+/- people would generally earn around $20,000 per month, or an overall average of $1 per person, while all too often no one else in that organization earns anything.

We at The AA Team have been known for saying, "Numbers don't lie." And here there is no exception.  In the business models we believe in, known as Consumer Direct Marketing, the average person earning the previously stated $20,000+/- per month in a MLM model only needs an organization of about 2,000 people. Additionally  a significant percentage of that group would be earning a few thousand per month as a supplemental income.  That's a gigantic difference. 

Imagine if word got out? Imagine if the Consumer Direct Marketing model was truly presented properly and understood by the masses? Whoa. Those guys who are usually the rare few, who actually build organizations of 10,000 or 20,000 people would be creating six and seven-figure income earners many times over, not to mention that person would be earning a solid $200,000 per month.  The numbers don't lie!

Remember! You won't find success in the long run if you are only serving yourself. Find a way to live successfully through inspiring and helping the masses and you'll not only be where you want to be, but you'll leave a legacy for others to follow long after you are gone.

What a beginning to a New Year. This is going to be better than great. Working hard for these goals is worth more than any of the sacrifices. Throughout the past days, I have met with many different people of different experiences, different lives.  It is truly amazing, the different outcomes that have come with a similar approach.  People are amazing creatures.  It is saddening to find some with vast Why's, enormous reasons to do better in life and when offered, fight themselves and keep down.  Too many, I find, are professional procrastinators.  It is a deadly desease, procrastination.  The difference between failure and success is action.  The time is now.  

There is a reason this graph is through the roof. Only half way through January and already outperforming all of December. We are spreading wellness in health and finances. We are changing the game. We are enhancing lives.

Happy New Year everyone. It is already January 12th 2013! In these new 12 days of this new year, the team has already had the privilege to come across a few individuals that want to change their life for good. This year, 2013, will be the beginning of the next step of our lives. Declaring a Change for Everyone this Holiday Season

So many things - good things - are being thought into existence for the upcoming new year.  The past few months have come with ultimate educational experiences. The learning will never stop, and rightfully so. But ultimately this year will be a big turn around for those who want to turn around! The AA Team is excited to show these people the way. New Years comes the same time every year. It's never a surprise. However, one hardly meets another who sticks to resolutions, self-declared statements of improvement or growth.  This is the time where I declare to change my family's lives forever. The best part is that it will happen by changing the lives of others, as well.  Currently I sit by a fire, prepared for a nice new years trip to the mountains.  Take this time to enjoy your family, friends and faith. Plan to start early next week. Start planning for change! Take action! Dare to dream! But remember, a dream without action is a wish that is never realized. Let's take steps together this new year. In wanting to spread success, health & wellness, most of your heads are in the right place... But your vehicle to accomplish these goals is not. Please read this in-depth report on the truth of "ViSalus Sciences".  Don't believe the manipulation.  

This is a business I've seen through from the beginning. I remember talking to an "Ambassador" of this company who, after I explained my documented 27-year track record which doubled in size in the midst of the recent recession, claimed that ViSalus is a long-term opportunity that would go from $231M in revenue to $1B by the end of the year.  It doesn't take a financial expert to recognize the hype and inflated numbers here.  What I could not believe was the amount of people I've met who have not done their homework. Luckily, some people have realized the flaws and see what I've seen.  Needless to say, that "networker" I spoke to doesn't answer his phone and has fallen off the earth, sort of speak.  That would not happen with me or my team. Not now, not ever.  I am extremely proud of what I do.  No negative energy, ignorance, or naysayer could ever know more about what I do than I do myself. I feel bad for those who might question the legitimacy of my company or personal mission.  At the end of the day they are only cheating themselves. Sometimes I tend to think I am in the education business too.

Regardless, I forecast many networkers jumping ship and moving on to the next one. When on earth will people stop looking for the next deal and realize what it really takes to produce real residual income?  Show the world something new!
