The official unofficial NOT-AddOn to Strangerville. In Hydro-B you can find all kinds of sci-fi themed stuff. Also, my icons are now hexagons because people keep confusing the circle version with SixamCC's stuff 👍
There's some stuff in here. Most of it is either functional or has visual effects. I won't tell you what does what tho. Have fun finding out what is cursed and what is safe. lol
Here's all of the stuff in an unedited preview taken in the game. Studio messed up one of the thumbnails that I can't fix, but other than that I did pretty intense QA testing to make sure everything works as it should. If you find a bug, report it please. I'm a one-man-team and can't calculate other mods and systems into this. Any and all help is much appreciated!

Welcome to the last part of Woodland Ranch collection, the living room! It has been made to get a very warm and cozy look, but you can explore more styles with those different sofas and color swatches ! Speaking of colors, this set comes with a plaster wallpaper that will match the fireplace, but also the kitchen counters if you want a seamless look!
I have added special slots on the fireplaces' top part that will allow you to snap some decor items. Ufortunatly, it doesnt work with all paintings from the game, but I have made those 3 new paintings compatible so you can snap them on the fireplaces to decor them if you want!
I am very excited about some textures of this new set, like the hammered look of the coffee table or the rattan of the fruit bowl and I hope you will like them as much as I do!
You can find the items by searching for WOODLAND RANCH or Pierisim in game.
Some items share the same textures so make sure to have the packages finishing by "texture" in your mod folder :)
Making my way through various CAS files, I found something that I thought might be interesting to at least someone?👀😊
You know, how when you go into CAS, one of EAs sims shows up as the starting sim? You can replace these sims with your own sims. Or, in case you have a certain sim style, you can make it so that only a certain sim, that you want to use as a base, shows up.
Below I show how to do it and share files that you can use as a base (as well as some examples with my own sims).

thank u anon for the name idea! these eyes are not as maxis match as dynastid, probably closer in aesthetic to beetle eyes but with nicer colours imo and with more depth. i really wanted to include everyones feedback, with super dark brown/black’s, deep blues and saturated brighter colours. i think its a good balance of fun and realism :)

i've been making custom content for almost a year now, so i thought it might be helpful to start sharing little things i've learned to do in blender! i created this step-by-step guide on how to remove seams from a maxis mesh and how to edge split parts of meshes which should appear "crisp." i think they really help to make custom content look neater in-game.
you don't need to do this if you're making recolors, but if you export the mesh from sims 4 studio (i.e. to make something from a pack base game compatible), these seams will appear.
i hope this is helpful for others who are starting off editing maxis meshes themselves! 💪💪
