Nanda Collection || Popiko || Chapter 2 || [Closed for Liling]
Popiko had enjoyed one hell of a time jumping around and learning everyone’s secrets. In fact, she’d downright laughed at a few. Murderers? And they were all teenagers! Not counting that Eri guy, of course, but whatever. He was the outlier.
However, her own secret was much less fun to read. Popiko could feel her heart drop as her eyes scanned over the words. And she’d almost missed it…! She almost wished she had.
So, dragging herself back down to the room where the madness had started up, Popiko was staring at her feet, unable to muster up any of her former perky demeanor. With this hanging over her head like a grey storm cloud, how could she? In fact, so absorbed was she in her own life, she didn’t see Liling until she’d walked right into them.
"Oh..!"
Liling too had found their secret, and they too had come back to the entrance hall. They were very angry, and honestly, had been about to head back to the common rooms. They know it was probably stupid to get so upset over it, but there was no doubt which secret was theirs, and they didn’t appreciate having slander written about them on the walls.
The day honestly could not get any worse. Or, so they thought. Walking head first into Popiko proved their original thought wrong. Great.
“Popiko, move over. I don’t have time for this. I don’t want to deal with you today.”
