A truly horrific day for Facebook stalking. Some kind of glitch on the Android app automatically sends a friend request when you view someone's profile.

Fully aware that this sounds like a conspiracy message forewarded on WhatsApp, but it happened to me today when I looked up my neighbours. The "send friend request" button flipped to "request sent" ON ITS OWN.

I figured it was just a glitch and that no friend request had *actually* been sent... Until the neighbour accepted the friend request.

I'd lay off looking up any exes for the foreseeable future
