That’s actually where and when she first met Ilmis, and was struck by his bold, somewhat intimidating but at the same time reserved and mannerly demeanor, as he stepped inside the circle and firmly offered his hand asking Death to a dance.

And also a nickname once given to Kahary.

But, as it turns out, fire wasn’t everlasting.

It’s about his time with drugs and partying. Goes pretty cliche - when Dan left he felt hollowed out, 

hoped to dull this feeling with all kinds of cheap thrills but soon realized that nothing did it for him no more, 

that he felt nothing.

just... burned out and cold.

Your OC is on a quest with their friends, to get past the next room, they have to reveal their darkest secret out loud. Do they do it?

Kahary touches the ancient wall just slightly, assessing it’s cold, stern rigidness. Well, if it’s a contest in stubbornness he isn’t gonna bail just like that. He takes a deep breath and blurts it out. Something nasty. Something to condemn, to be ashamed for. But that’s the thing. He doesn’t hide it. Doesn’t fear it. Naturally, he wouldn’t introduce himself with that but he made his peace with it a long time ago and now it’s just another faded out, nasty party story.  

Nothing happens for a long few seconds, except his nervous chuckle and ‘what the fuck’ under his breath. 

Ancient stones flare up with huge, unbearably vivid word ‘Lies’.

Arladan can feel slow and sticky fear creeping in his chest and straightens himself. Think. There must be a way around it. It’s just ridiculous. Why would he? Anger rushes through him and he does nothing about it when he really should’ve, as many times before. He exhales sharply, suggests they search for another way in, ‘cause it’s  o b v i o u s l y  a sham, voice almost not wavering but hands fidgeting. After some back-and-forth arguing as he convinces others they should take another route he almost convinced himself. An ‘almost’ should do. Just pray the spirits no one tries to probe him further. 

Ilmis is rocking on his feet, uneasy. What is his ‘darkest secret’? Is it the things he just doesn't tell people? Does it have to be something gross? In whose view? The answer was so obviously there and nowhere at all, at the same time.   

And he just stands there, slightly shivering, unyielding, declining to take either option.

Some creature designs for my story. These guys practically look like what they have witnessed in their life.

This particularly fellow lived in the fields near some noble family castle. He has seen it’s wealthy and graceful best days, it’s death in fires and how time has moved on and forest overgrown the ruins, now giving shelter to small droup of deers.

The inside of his skull chest and his hair is like embers. It sparcles when he’s excited and goes dark n’ smokes when sad.

Super cute and playful but people usually avoid him ‘cus of all that claws, skull n’ burning eyes thing

he had some place in the plot somewhere down the line, but now i’m confused with where to put him...

So, I did the meme recently. 

Ream, the workaholic [says “I’m awake!” with potato in hand] and Arladan, the magic nerd.

Ream sleeps very odd hours and has a habit of waking up (or taking a break from work) to make breakfast at 3:40am.

Which OC is originally from a phase you’d like to forget, so you modified them to keep them

ooooh. that’s all the rebelious nobles fam - Arladan, Kahary, Val (you kinda can tell just by the ‘born nobles but gave up noble life for adventuring’ trope) , Ream, Mith, in a way Dizha. 

It was weird times...

They all originated from a very weird ‘cyberpunk+demons in japan-ish setting’ story. They had weird names too (which i’m so not comfortable with)!

and, let’s face it, why children begin to write stories? to reflect on their life or to expirience something they can’t have. 

So, Kahary (Bariel, oh gods why) was miserable and lost just as i was, and everyone else existed to escalate the drama™

Dan (Aidan) was there for him to have miserable crush on (and explore how totally gay he was. the denial.)

Val (Kiriel) was there to torment him for no reason (no shit)

Ream (Rei) and Mith (i can’t remember but something very anime too) was demon-hunting-anime-powerduo so I’m not so much embarrassed about them. Mith was 200% yandere tho.

Mith and Dizha actually was one character.

They were all white and sameface as fuck, that much I can tell you.

Here’s the thing: Dan teaches fencing (the duel kind) to a small class of third sons and rebelious ladies inbetween squad assignments. And they’re good. Partially ‘cause teachings of House of Toart has some very effective tricks, mostly because everyone of them care only about being good, not about reputation, so an other-world-runaway mercinary is okay, if he’s a skilled one.
