I imagine Daryl would enjoy being big spoon - knowing that Beth is real and tangible and there, and that he’s basically holding sunshine.

BUT - as much as I’m sure she’d enjoy being little spoon- can’t you imagine Beth just completely LOVING being the big spoon and making sure Daryl feels safe, loved, and secure - so many feels.
