i feel like im not here, like im living inside my head. its like im a ghost floating through rooms depicting life events and all i am doing is observing. i cant escape the contant loneliness of my mind and the never ending tidal waves of depression and mania. my medication doesn’t seem to do anything, alcohol, cigarettes and starvation seem to make me sadder but i cant stop. it feels like the only way to end this constant loop is to end myself, but i dont have the bravery to see what comes after.
