hi everyone i'm sorry i'm making this post again so soon after the last one, but since we haven't been able to meet our goals lately we're getting super desperate.

i'm disabled due to extensive nerve damage, and i need diabetes medication. my mom is a cancer patient and needs oncological medication for years to come. wages have been stagnant for years and can barely cover 1/4 of monthly grocery expenses. not even counting medication costs, transportation to and from the hospital, housing, basic services like electricity, and the fear of getting harassed by the police every time i step foot outside my place.

i have already been jumped and shaken down by cops twice this month.

i know we're all struggling a lot but please, i'm growing increasingly desperate at this situation and would appreciate any help you can offer, even by sharing this around. thank you all for having read so far and i hope you have a nice day

To be a match with Gigi, donors need to meet these criteria:

Must be African American or of African descent

Blood type must be O-negative. (Only 7% of the population has O-negative blood)

i'm approaching my annual hrt appointment. i'm still out of job after i had to drop it due to mental and physical abuse at the hands of a person i knew who hired me, while Hal's salary barely allows us to cover rent and necessities, so we have no way of affording it out of our pockets. since it involves bloodwork, travel to another town and back, and the price of appointment itself, we're gonna need around $230 to cover everything. my appointment is on July 9th, but i have to do the blood tests sooner to get the results in time.
