       his hands were warm, the gesture soft and comfortable. eyes glanced at their intertwined fingers, feeling not so much embarrassed by it as she did at ease. like being wrapped in a warm blanket. a gentle squeeze is given as she moves just slightly closer, leaning up against jirou, head tilted to bump against his. perhaps she was getting a little too close, but he had her feeling calm enough it didn’t matter.

        she said as much, but scrapes and bruises littered her body, blood trickling down her legs from light scratches. it wasn’t really a big deal, or she didn’t see it as one, still able to walk and move as needed. he wasn’t wrong; hana had a strange disregard for her own safety and always ended up in some kind of trouble.
