I talked about this on my twitter too but I am so unimaginably glad to have levi as a character. growing up malnourished is terrible and can take such a tole on your body. you grow up wrong in all the places you should be growing up right. people make fun of you for looking like a child, for your knees being bigger than your legs. It’s horrible, because i can survive on tea across multiple days even when my body knows it’s wrong - but it’s so used to the trauma. I am so glad people are beginning to understand why levi looks the way he does, why he is so small compared to everybody else who grew up well enough, with enough food, with enough drink. It’s so so so important to acknowledge that his anatomy is a certain way for a reason.
