What would happen if Hawk Moth went after someone who was already evil, like in this scenario?: A new kid is introduced, and (s)he turns out to be a sociopath who takes delight in the misery of others and likes to vandalize landmarks, pick on baby animals, and set fire to orphanages. It appalls even Chloe, who has the principal suspend him/her. When the angry kid throws rocks at a rabbit to cheer himself/herself up, Hawk Moth sends his akuma to try and bend him/her to his will. Your ideas?
Wow this is the first ask I’ve ever received. A nobody like me would’ve never expected anything like this but it was a pleasant surprise!
That’s an interesting thought. First, I’d think about the usual situation that happens in Miraculous Ladybug: a person is upset/displeased/etc. and then Hawk Moth manipulates those feelings to have them do his bidding through the akumas. I’d assume the show has the motif of everyone having at least some sense of good in them but of course in real life I do believe there are a few people who are devoid of all good.
However, to be honest, I don’t think there wouldn’t be much difference between the akumatized characters in the show and an akumatized version of this character. Being akumatized meant having the power to exact revenge or something of the like while doing Hawk Moth’s bidding. The only difference would be that these powers would allow this character more abilities to amuse themself in inflicting misery on others as well as trying to get revenge for the suspension.
I feel there could’ve been more creative possibilities but this is all I could think of. Sorry if you were expecting a more fruitful response ^_^;
I did give it a lot of thought though and I even made today’s Inktober illustration related to this question.
