My boy is so complex he needs two different playlist [ plus a bonus one that's paired with another oc ⊙﹏⊙ ]. but you only get one for now ^_________^
Anyway, here's some random facts about him<3
♡ When I first designed him almost six years ago, I didn't intend for him to have a major role in the story I created. So he had one of the most basic designs out of the group with no real personality. Before I settled for his current design, he had about four major design changes. Which is way more then the others had. Maybe one of these days I'll dig out his earlier designs and post them<3
♡ Atticus was one of my least favourite ocs I had up until two years ago when I really started to flesh him out into the character he is today. I spent HOURS a day doing research on certain matters containing physical and mental health to understand the complexity and how certain things truly affect people. I wanted everything to be as realistic as possible and perhaps help bring awareness to certain things.
♡ although he's not the main character, he'll have his time to shine. When it's time [or fits into the story], he'll have a side "episode" or short "series" where he is the main focus. Following his upbringing and how he got to where he is. Plus, near the end of the main story, the pov switches and he plays the part of the main character until the end. Where it in fact, does not get any better.
The Silly and the not so silly facts about the character
♡ he's vegan and the biggest animal lover. He may not look like it, but he would kill for any animal. You would never catch him wearing real fur coats.
♡ bisexual and not so proud. He's aware of his sexuality but would never say the "b" word out loud. He tries to suppress it. His religious trauma implanted by his step father is forever rooted in the back of his mind. He's very torn and has no sense of who he actually is anymore. The fact he's stuck in a hyper religious town doesn't help.
♡ he's fake af. "Atticus" is a mere persona. False confidence included. Nothing about him is real.
♡ he's currently in a very toxic relationship with a woman twice his age. They met when he was 15.
♡ it has to be bold. Atticus loves to stand out and turn heads. His looks often include bold patterns, jewelry, and his signature colour purple. Looking like a million bucks when he has $0 dollars to his name.
♡ he wanted to be the main face of the band. When Marcellus was switched to lead singer and slowly inched their way to become the face of the band, the intense jealousy and hatred towards them only grew. It got to a point where he couldn't even look at or listen to Mar.
I can't wait to share the full story/lore! Unfortunately I've run into a slight dilemma forcing me to put a pause on everything. hopefully it'll be solved sooner rather than later<3
