Hi Guys,

I have a new residential lot ready for your sims! :)

This modern, spacious and breezy loft style building contains a bedroom with a walk in dresser, a bathroom, a small but cosy open  kitchenette / dining area, a living room with fireplace, a secret garden inside and an outside garden with pool.

I’ve used no CC and I have all expansions and accessories packs installed.

Sims 4 CC - Caffeine & Chalk

Hiya!

This is a treat for those whose simmies have a really big kitchen and a coffee addiction!  😉

I don’t drink any coffee myself, I just don’t like the taste (I’m a big red bull addict though...  😉), but my boyfriend is one of those people who cannot function properly without well, oceans full of coffee!   😉 I do like some coffee art in my kitchen though, and I also like those chalkboard paintings every store sells nowadays, so I decided to combine those two elements in a really big painting to decorate your sims kitchens. But make sure your sims have big kitchens first, because they’re really huge!   😉

Sims 4 CC - Ikea Ådum Rugs

Hiya!

I have some new rugs for you! Yippie!!  😉

I was browsing the Ikea website earlier today (my boyfriend and me, we love to take family trips to the nearest Ikea store, even when we we don’t need anything, it’s just so much fun to walk around there, to look around and to get inspired!  😉) and I spotted some basic round fluffy rugs that ‘ll fit in any house.

I give you… The Ikea  Ådum rugs! Let’s take a look! 

Whoops! I spelled Ådum wrong in the picture! Sorry! I may have Scandinavian roots (my granddad is from Norway) but I don’t speak any Scandinavian language, no Norwegian and no Swedish or Danish either… But I do love Scandinavian furniture!  😉 It’s funny though: adem means breath in Dutch, my native language!  😉

Anyway, back to the rugs! They come in  1 package with 3 different swatches: brown, red and white.

Like I said before, they’re pretty basic, but they fit in any house and any style.

Sims 4 CC - NuLoom Inspired Paris Rugs

Hi all!

I have another set of rugs for you. When I was looking at  NULOOM yesterday, my eyes weren’t just caught by those amazing zebra striped rugs, oh no! I also spotted some gorgeous eiffeltower printed rugs, so I decided to make another sets of NuLoom inspired rugs today, with a lovely eiffeltower print on them! ;)

I’m on fire today, creating one thing after another! ;) Lol! ;)

Sims 4 - Family Rules Signs

Hello there!

So I created my first piece of CC for the Sims 4 today! Yay! I am so proud of myself! ;) Thumbs up! ;) Lol

Silly me, forgot to add floors when I took this screenshot… ;) Lol!

Anyway, floors aren’t that important today, it’s all about paintings right now! ;) 

You all know those “Family Rules” paintings every household seem to have hanging in their houses right now, right? I couldn’t find any of those signs for my simmies, so I decided to throw myself completely at every Sims4Studio tutorial I could find and voila… Result! My (and your) sims now have a “Family Rules” painting with 4 swatches to choose from! Or you can add all 4 of them to your walls! ;)

They all come with custom thumbnails, so you can easily find them in your catalog.
