Thank goodness for his husband, because Yoichi was just about to walk into a wall with how tired he is. He’s saved from a new bruise by strong arms picking him up and kisses laid upon his face; causing him to smile sleepily and giggle.
“Good…morning.” His greeting is broken up by a yawn, one hand coming up to gingerly rub his eyes. Yoichi angles his head better so he can press a kiss against Niji’s jaw, then one to his lips and just savor the moment.
Yoichi is so incredibly cute. When he’s talking about the stuff he likes, when he’s just sitting on the couch reading comics, when he has gotten his hands on a new plushie, when he’s doing literally anything. . . and right now in this sleepy state. Absolutely noone can be more adorable. “Good morning.”
Niji returns the kiss on the lips with a very loving one. He then nuzzles his husband’s forehead and gives a warm chuckle.
“Looks like someone needs a little while longer to wake up. How about I make breakfast for us and then we cuddle together on the couch while we eat?”
