Okay, I have a short theory to propose after finished watching Familiar.

According to the credits, the pebbles are voiced by Susan Egan who is also a VA of Pink Diamond while the singing comb used by Blue happens to be voiced by Blue’s VA as well.

While singing “Familiar”, Steven accidentally created another living pebble by dropping his sweat on a regular one.

This might suggest that the Diamonds are able to create their own tiny servants or living appliances with their sweats, and maybe they can create something even greater than what we’ve seen. That’s why Yellow has to have hers collected in the extraction chamber.

Pretty cool huh?

We’ve come across healing spit, reviving tear, and now life-giving sweat!! What’s more to come?!
