I need the AU where Rachel meets someone who takes her to a good ol’ barn dance or pulls her into dancing at one (doesn’t have to be couples-relationship related at all). 

Which steers her life to a different pathway following said meeting because her extremely strict parents freak out after this and she ends up calling/on the doorstep of person-who-danced-with-her. So instead of running away with Tracey and fucking her life away with drugs, she’s now a lost kid on this person’s doorstep.
