are you doing ok? i haven't seen you around in a while.

i am doing great! i just haven’t been here because i now have a full time job and have gotten really into warhammer 40k in the last year, and haven’t really been watching any mcyt- generally i’ve been a good measure less online lately.

if you want to follow me where i’m (marginally) more active, my main here on tumblr is @oriigami and my main on ao3 is origamidragons. i’ve been mostly writing about space marines in recent months.

i appreciate the concern, though! it’s very sweet.

So. More information about this piece because I’m still really proud of it.

This was made as a final for a stained glass class I took my senior year of high school, so I had only around nine months of experience (not a lot) and took around 2-3 months.

It’s very inspired by @sixteenth-days Hermit Archives fics, which I was very obsessed with at the time. Design is my own tho.

What is A2Z?

Artbooks to Zinethologies is a collaborative charity event hosted by the organizers of both Scarland Artbook (@scarland-artbook) and HOTGUY COMICS (@hotguycomiczine), celebrating the Artbook's donation to Give Kids The World Village and aiming to fundraise a little extra in the process!

What will the event be like?

Falling somewhere between a streamathon and an online convention, our aim is to provide behind-the-scenes insight on how both of these massive projects came to life; answer questions on what it took to tackle them; and share our favorite anecdotes from each project. Three days of streaming, multiple panels, many participant-open activities, and several exciting announcements for the future are coming your way with A2Z's schedule!

So when is it?

Mark your calendars for May 23rd, 24th, and 25th to watch us dive deep into never-before-seen secrets and tidbits from these unique community projects. Keep your eyes peeled in the next few days for more information on our exact schedule, and what panels we plan to cover!

Hey I just want to tell you I've reread 'A Matter of Time' again and that it's my absolute favorite of your fics and that everyone should check it out.

I do want to ask, are you and zeph two different people or a system or something like that? (Sorry if this is offensive please ignore me)

hey, thank you!! and your question is not offensive, it did make me laugh though. zeph and i are two separate people! they are my cowriter and very dear friend.

our main ao3s and tumblrs are actually separate accounts. i made the sixteenthdays account because i didn’t want to post anything rpf-adjacent on my main (especially before ao3 fixed the tags for mcyt). it started out with just me writing mcyt fic, then zeph and i started collaborating on some things. so all mine and zeph’s mcyt fic between the two of us is posted on the sixteenthdays account because zeph never made their own mcyt-specific side accounts like i did.
