A song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the imposition of conformity and the importance of impressing an audience. we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)

The way isolation plays on your psyche, and the way that a solid support system can improve your life is insane. One of the worst things that we did as a society is removing most avenues to find this kind of thing, and the over reliance on the idea of getting better on your own

DUUUUUUUDDDDE the new game right. I've seen unconfirmed rumors of underwater tunnels. Was going through Pinterest for aquarium insp and like. Underwater tunnels with polar bears and sea lions. Hippos even. Or crocodilians. Uuuggghhhh it's so cool I cant WAIT to get my hands on this game RAAAGGHH I hope they add an open beta bc while I dont mind stress testing the game I really just want to play it like right now GKAJKFHAHDHD
Like. And using the aviaries for cats and bears and little mammals and niche mixed species. Surely they'll let us combined the aquariums and the aviaries?? I would just love to make a walk through seabird enclosure with tanks for the birds 🥺
I have so many IDEAS that I could probably put into the first game but its so unappealing now. The old pathing system alone makes me Not want to play knowing the new one is coming. 5 months of agonizing waiting for the best game probably ever conceived by mankind. Also usually im pretty harshies about media in general and this is likely rose tinted glasses I'm wearing bc of my fondness for PZ1, buuuuuuut the game is shaping up to be exactly what I was hoping it would be. Which like. Never happens anymore. Packed with release day features, seems like it's gonna have a huge roster of base game animals, lots of scenery pieces at launch PLUS aquariums and aviaries. Like. This kinda stuff just doesn't happen anymore
My biggest worry is the dlcs and their prices. Obvs the FAQ says theyre focused on release first but anybody who plays frontier games knows thats a fib and they have a road map in mind. I just hope its not $20 for scenery and animals considering now they include fish and birds. My hope is that most of PZ1's roster is already in the game so the dlcs focus less on reselling old stuff and more on providing new fish and birds and the animals that didn't make it into the first game
Like, the forums were begging and begging for subspecies in dlcs. Well, once panthera was finished we started getting little cats and people were SOOOO mad about getting pallas cats and ocelots instead of asiatic lions or Sumatran tigers. Like dude, we got all the big boys. We didn't even get servals or bobcats! And ursidae wasn't even completed, we never got black bears or Eurasian browns!!!!
I really, really hope that we don't have to rebuy every single bear and big cat again. I wouldn't completely mind the littler wild cats but dude. It took 4 years to get all the big cats including the African leopard like plleewaassse let most of them be there already. Same with the bears. I don't wanna Frontier!!!!! I dont wanna buy them again!!!!!!!
Imagine if a like 8 foot tall guy that looked kinda like an alien species just kinda showed up at the house you rent a room in and crashed on the couch and at first everyone hated him but you kinda just accepted this weird massive kinda-human alien species thing as a part of your group even though he's like twice the size of everyone else there

So there's two species of sea lion in North America: the California sea lion, ranging along California (including Baja) but not ranging into the north coast or into oregon
And the Stellar's sea lion, which are WAY bigger and live in Washington, British Columbia, and Alaska
A male Stellars sea lion showed up in SF like a month ago and just kinda. Didn't know what to do, and joined a colony of California sea lions, and is just kinda chilling there now.
Weird vagrant species happen from time to time, but this is just a particularly funny instance of a highly social species getting very lost, and just trying to blend in with its closest nearby relatives

Hello, I want to use my blog here to boost someone in need.
Dile and their mother have been homelessness for some time now. They're in need of funds for food, travel, medical care, and hotel stay. Dile just got of the clinic after being very ill and it would be ideal if they were able to be indoors to recover. Currently, at least $700 would be enough to move things to a more favorable state.

Dile is a friend of a friend. They used to post amazing artworks onto tumblr before their current circumstances. You may remember that I've reblogged their fundraising posts including a gofundme before. Unfortunately, if you know anything about homelessness, it's incredibly hard to get out of once you're in it. Its just not something that is resolved with one instance of aid. Its an ongoing campaign.
I know from experience that reach and spread is so important to fundraising. All it takes is getting to the right people. If you don't personally have the means to help (understandable in this current time), you still have the power to help by getting word out.

So I finished my appointment and told my provider everything that has been happening. Thankfully she will help me with food and recovering, but I need to drive there for her aid. I am happy she would help me! The place is somewhere to help lgbtq+ individuals anyways. Though, I now have been prescribed higher doses of medication since she read my test papers. Good thing it's the same price around 38$ just higher mg.
As for my testosterone. Things have changed since my old provider doesn't work at the company anymore so we have a new one that takes care of giving testosterone. Though, my doctor said since Trump is makng things harder and the law, she was told that we have to pay this man $100 to meet up with him to sign our names as permission to be prescribed testosterone ...which is stupid. I haven't had to do that before but it's what they can do right now. The man visits the building May 28th and if I'm able to gather and grab a Lyft, I can meet my doctor so she can help with my situation and I can meet the provider to get permission to have testosterone. If that's the case and I'll be able to be back on T again then so be it. So if I could get a bit more help and get toy goal of $700-800 to do what I need, I'll be fine! I'll be fine! So please boost and help me so I can be medicated and able to get my T, it would mean the world to me!!!!

I do need help with the hotel, food, dog food, dog pads, soap, blankets, medicine, toothpaste, etc etc I don't have enough for a hotel and would like to stay until I could make it to May 28. Each day is 54$ and a whole week is 230$ (cheap hotel prices) If I reach my goal ($700-800) it would possibly help me and my mother to get to our next step! We just need this week if we can get all the help we can get and we would be good!! (We could rent a car here and get my meds) I just need everyone's help!
