I, unfortunately, have nothing else to post other than this "superhero" design that I've created for Will a while ago. In actuality, him and the rest of Annabel's group are considered anti-heroes by most people. They will use their powers to help in case of big catastrophes/attacks that would endanger the population at large, but they're also not above robbing the occasional bank/museum or any sort of typical hitman jobs. They're very self-serving. The one rule they have is never directly endanger the innocent... if they can help it.
Will here is an orphan who was raised as well as experimented on by a very shady organisation, from a VERY young age. He was raised to be a tool and nothing else. No questions asked. No identity outside of what his powers offered him. After a particularly big fuck-up, Will almost got taken out of commission but was saved by a "friend" in the last minute. This friend would later convince him to join a peculiar group.
He uses the ribbons spurting from his back to move around, climb and immobilize his opponents.
Cannot fly but is stronger than the average human (this will be a reoccurring character trait throughout the designs). He is also very dexterous and agile but his self confidence issues get in the way most of the time.
Shape-shifting is his biggest power. His maleable body can also take a lot more damage than one would imagine.
Fire/heat are his biggest weaknesses. He can die if he gets exposed to high temperatures for too long of a time.
