Most baffling regular line in Morrowind to me at least is when an npc is fleeing from an animal they might say “Go away I don’t have any treats”
Do people in Morrowind have a habit of giving treats to the wildlife? A lot of the wildlife in Morrowind is like giant bugs. And sometimes they say this to slaughter fish or something. Are people feeding the slaughter fish?

What’s interesting to me about Skyrim NPCs is that they always say their race specific battle lines even when it makes no sense for their character. There’s dark elves that are followers of the imperial cult in the game instead of more traditional dark elf religion. And those NPCs still yell “Azura curse you!” and “Nerevar guide me!” while they’re in battle. Which makes no sense given their supposed allegiances. Not a big deal really but it’s there.

You seem to have mashed up “What is it, Dragons?” and “Let me guess. Someone stole your sweetroll.” into a remix of some kind.
