Ralsapril day 21: lolita

Another very simple one where I just wanted to focus on drawing a cute outfit. I've never really drawn this kind of dress, or platform shoes. I think it looks okay, if a little wonky and pretty basic. Still, it's cute and I think it's recognizably a lolita-style dress.

Also, yesterday I said I was thinking of doing more interesting backgrounds, but it turns out I lied! I decided it's flat colors only, forevermore!!
