Bruce Wayne who??
My favourite Bruce and Damian moment is in Batman Black and White. Bruce spends the whole issue going over the how's and why's of planned bust to Damian. How each and every action will strike fear in hearts of criminals, how each action of Batman and Robin's will affect the set scene. And when the big moment comes - Damian disregards the whole plan, jumps in trying to hijack the plan and to emulate (very unsuccessfully) terrifying "I"M BATMAN" moment.
And you know what?
Bruce... just sits there. Facepalming. AND SMILING.
That little smile is the best goddamn thing. It's a moment so full of fondness, showing Bruce's love for his ridiculous little child. Damian is being himself, and that is enough for Bruce to find that endearing, even if it screws up a carefully prepared plan. And that is such a lovely, quiet moment of parental love that we just don't see much in comics.
Daily Reminder to love Percy Jackson, because he's amazing
"because anxiety is something we create ourselves"
is such a hardcore and insightful line and the fact that Bang Chan said it. Amazing. Lives were changed.
Say what you will about Sheldon Cooper, but whenever Penny needed help, he never hesitated
i’ve waited a whole year to finally reblog this
Been in my queue for a year
Look at her! Look at her and her Nightwing tank top and Batman slippers happily eating pancakes! She's too cute! 🖤🖤🖤
reblog if you’ve read fanfictions that are more professional, better written than some actual novels. I’m trying to see something

can we appreciate the importance tomorrow gives to platonic relationships, from friendships to familial relationships they all matter so much and can define a person's life. lim ryung gu's ties of fate tied him to his mother and he did everything for her, to see her again, to watch over her, and in past episodes we saw how your most important person can be your sibling, a best friend... this show really makes me cry
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN PUPPY ON CRACK WAS GOING TO GO SPILL THE BEANS TO THE CHOKEMASTER
I live for Jun Woong hearing someone trash talking his team or whatever and him just going off like he owns the place and isn’t just some rookie halfling only there for a few months 😂😂👌🏻👌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Beautiful. 10/10.
like it might just be me but i think calling anyone’s degree “useless” and “a waste of time” is fucking rude at best. absolutely unnecessary and it’s not just because i’m an english major that’s a fucked up thing to say about any field. there’s a reason all of them exist and the world needs professionals from the fields western society deems “useless” more than ever.
knowledge for the sake of knowledge, learning to really critically think, and collecting that knowledge to share with others will never be useless or a waste of time
people who get excited about stars, moons and sunsets are my kind of people
The more despair I endure in life, the more I love Frodo. I'm just. I'm so glad that Tolkien wrote him like that. He was a hero and it broke him. He was given too much to carry. The circumstances were dire, everyone was doing the best they could, and Frodo tried so hard, for such a good cause, and he...broke. And the narrative has pity for him, the characters show him kindness. Even after victory, his hurts did not heal, and it isn't considered his fault. He must go to the undying lands, to seek out peace there. In universe, he is forgiven for being human - don't be pedantic - and his great torment is recognized. He fell. He could not have done it alone. He is still a hero.
And, I think that's important.
