This is a safe space for age regression little ones and caregivers alike.

As for my dear caregivers, please feel free to take a rest and stock up on anything you need for you and your sweeties.

My herd is your herd, so come in and rest a while with me. Take a nap or enjoy some play time among my sheep... it's soft and sweet here. In my herd, the loud noise is muffled by wool. The harsh textures and mean words are cushioned by love. And the lights are dimmed till the stars are the only night lights we need.

What to expect!

This blog is ment as a place for me to post things on my mind, cute things I find, and help me bring into the age regression community. I may post comfort things, things for little ones to do, or things for caregivers to do with their little ones. I may also make things if requested.

I could make things for little ones to color? Design charts, lists or schedules for little ones by themselves or caregivers who have little ones. If this is something anyone is interested in, I can post some things I've made.

For little ones, please feel free to interact with me. Find comfort in this space and feel the love I have to give.

For caregivers, I have plenty of love for you too. You take care of others, so let me take care of you!

Anyone of any age may interact with this blog, I'm a safe space. Any questions are accept so long as they are kind. I'm new to making blogs so feel free to give me tips.

You may call me Sleepy, Sheep, Shepard, or even Ash. I am an age regressor and caregiver. I go by any pronouns, she/he/they. And if any little ones find it easier to refer to me by a title, any will do, though papa, papi, dada and the like may just warm my heart until I melt.

I'm super shy, socially anxious, and not the best with putting myself out there [I've been struggling to write this out for soooo long. I've been working on this post for days]. So I hope with this blog to put myself out there a bit more, while also seeking comfort and some stability by making a spot for myself in the age regression community [and I hope I'm well recieved].

A am new to being a caregiver. I'm new to the mere title of age regression, and trying to be more comfortable in acknowledging that part of myself aloud without feeling alone or cringing at my own awkwardness. I've always found purpose in caring for others, and fulfillment in being cared for.

So much love! Sorry I've not posted much for pride but love to all my gay/queer/trans/questioning/ect brothers, sisters, siblings, strange aunts, that one cousin we all seem to have. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Be safe, be proud. Do what you need to do but enjoy the season even if its through a screen or secret little things. Especially if your in America in the south, I see you. I'm here for you. I understand and I'm right in the thicket with you. We will get there, sweetheart. We will.

A little trans joy/positivity for me is I should be getting some chest tape soon! I've been wanting to try it for a while because im a bit of a bigger figure myself and have seen good things about the results. I'm thrilled you like sharks too! And yes you can use emojis. I don't think I have a favorite, I love them all! But lemon sharks, whale sharks and the classic great white or megelodon would be some great ones off the top of my head. So cute! ૮꒰˶ᵔ ᗜ ᵔ˶꒱ა

-you can’t do something

-you have accidents

-you have trouble regulating your emotions

-you have scary thoughts

-you’re messy

You’re a good kid. You don’t have to have it all figured out or keep it together all the time. It’s okay to have big feelings, it’s okay to mess up, it’s okay to have thoughts that scare you when regressed. There’s nothing wrong with you, you’re not bad. It’s okay if your regression doesn’t look like their regression. You’re doing your best.

Be nice to your little self.

It's been hard. Rest, ok?...

I've been struggling more and more to post on here. To get work done. To talk with people or take care of myself and my basic needs because, life... life is hard. It's a daily up hill battle for a lot of us and its hard. It's a struggle and some days doing things like eating, brushing our hair, cleaning things is just to hard. Some days simply waking up or going to the bathroom is to hard.

And that... is ok. Every day you do a little is enough. Being alive is enough. Breathing is enough. If you can do more, that's wonderful. If you need more rest, that's OK. That's valid.

Its BEEN hard. It IS hard. But it won't always BE hard. Some days are worse. Some days are better. Some days are terrible but you find a little something to smile at... and that matters. That means something.

Rest. Don't blame yourself for the bad things. For the 'set backs'. For that relapse or that mistake. For that work you haven't done or the progress you dont see yet. Whatever it is, dont blame yourself. Don't shame yourself. It won't get you further... it won't make you stronger. It's still waking up that makes you stronger. It's the trying that makes you brave. It's the rest you allow yourself that holds weight. Not the slip ups, not the mistakes, not the crying or the fear. But letting yourself be human and giving yourself grace despite the fear and set backs.

Cry. Sleep. Exist. Love. Hurt. Smile. Be sad again. Be frustrated. Want more for yourself. Want more for your life. Want safety. Want comfort. Seek what you deserve. Be yourself. Be in pain. Be happy when you can. Be sad when you are. Be HUMAN... and know you are loved... for simply being you.

Haiii! I need advice :( i hav a papa, but big me n him broke up a few days ago- he say he still see himself as my papa but i scared to talk to him :'( other dan once or twice i haven regressed infron of him in 2 an a half monthz cuz dere was a time he got rlly upsetii spaghetti becuz of stuff outside of me an got rlly annoyed wif me for bein lil an now i scared to bother him when i little..or just talk to him at all, but i don like being alone when i lil becuz i get lonely :( i duno what to do, cuz i miss my papa but he scary rn..

Aw, sweetness! I am so, so, so very sorry this is a late reply, but I'm even more sorry you are going through that! I know its scary being alone when so very little, but if you ever truly feel scared, unsafe, or simply not fully secure with someone them you shouldn't force yourself to be around them. Especially not when so vulnerable.

Its valid to get frustrated at things or not be having a great day, but its never ok to push that onto someone else. And as a papa, he should have taken better steps then to get upset at you and make you feel bad.

Your comfort and safety come above all else, sweetheart. And I do hope you stay safe and find the comfort and support you need. Something stable that doesnt scare you. I hope you've been doing ok since, dear. ૮꒰ ˶´ ༝ `。˶꒱ა

caregivers who simply don’t have the energy to be an active and involved caregiver for a day do not hate their little ones.

when you imagine your ideal cg, remember they should know to take time for themselves alongside all other traits! you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Small psa I just thought I'd put out there as someone who also regresses and loves horror or scary things. Even when regressed I still find a lot of comfort in such things, films, characters, art, can still make me feel small and safe and to all those that like things that aren't just 'kiddy' and 'childish' in the way of soft pastel cartoons and art, you are still a valid little darling. Regression is comfort. And as one of my favorite sayings goes, "Art is ment to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comforted."

So as I balance between a regressed and non regressed mind set over not getting this adorable horror themed plushie... just remember, you are valid no matter what you find comfort in... or find cute, in my case.

By the way, for when I have tearful crash outs over not being able to afford a keychain plush after a painful day with disabilities, while half regressed and in my feels, check out my other blog... I guess?😅

Today was very hard. Rocky and rough and even hard to breath in some moments... but don't forget those moments will pass. Don't give in to the thoughts that tell you it's ment to be like this. That you deserve this struggle.

You are loved. You are worthy. You are deserving of peace and care. You are light and bright and good and a living being worthy of living life, and not just surviving it.

Rest. You deserve to see to your needs. Self-love is not selfish. Strumbles and falls are not set backs. A rocky path does not mean all will be as rocky. And a cloudy day does not mean the sun is gone.

Even on dark nights and cloudy sky's, the stars are still shining. Even if you can't see them, they are up there. Even if you can't see the way ahead, it's still going to be there after your fall.
