Last night, I ran into a lady who I've only seen a few times in the last year. She looked a little confused, but went on to compliment me, and then she asked how my sister is doing. FYI - I don't have a sister. When I told her she looked even more confused. She said, "Yes, you do. She looks a lot like you, but she is quite a bit heavier than you." =) #WINNING
I attended a fun "Breakfast at Tiffany's" themed bridal shower this morning. As I look through the pictures from the party, I'm realizing that I'm starting to look the way I want to look! I still have a way to go, but I'm very happy to see my progress.

My hubby made me a delicious 4-Hour Body Fritatta! Eggs, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and garlic...YUMMY!
Lunch = Cuban Picadillo served over a bed of spinach with a side of black beans. 4HB at its best!
4-Hour Body Cuban Dinner | Ropa Vieja, black beans, and a delicious rice substitute made of cauliflower. Y U M
I'm going to make October count!
This entire month has been one giant challenge! It started out with my grandparents getting into a major car accident which left my grandfather with a broken neck and back and my grandmother with whiplash, and ended with our financial troubles culminating in the closure of our family restaurant. Somewhere along the way, I lost total control and just stopped eating healthy and exercising.
I'm bummed, but not broken. Tomorrow is a new day, a new month, a new opportunity. Starting tomorrow, I'll be back on track and even better than before. Cheer Squad Members can expect my next update on Saturday and all of you can expect to see big numbers from this girl!
Tonight I will enjoy one last peanut butter cup and a glass of wine or two and then to sleep myself into the right state of mind.
