Be Fit.

Hello This is my first fitblr & I'm creating it to help motivate & inspire me. If anyone has any tips on how to improve or any workouts you think I would enjoy please don't heistate to submit them to me, don't panic i'll give you full credit if I try them. Being a vegan it's pretty hard to find a diet which is healthy so if you know any recipes or sites to explore to find something yummy yet healthy I'd love to check it out & I will be posting some of my favourite meals & workouts. Tropical Kiwifruit Bowls 🍃🌵🌿🐍💚🌴 this was today’s delicious breakfast! The Recipe: For the base: - 3 frozen bananas - 3 peeled kiwi fruits - 1 Tbsp. Wheatgrass powder - 1 Tbsp. of whole coconut milk Shred the frozen bananas first, then blend in a food processor with the wheatgrass, kiwifruit and coconut milk. For the Toppings: - Dried kiwifruit chips - Almond butter - Homemade Rawnola (blended ½ cup dates, ¼ cup of coconut shreds, 1tbsp maple syrup and handful of almonds), - Coconut shreds - Kiwifruit (melon balled) - 1 mini scoop of homemade coconut nicecream (Makes 1 bowl - to make 2 bowls double the amount). Enjoy! ✘
