Mono update 1:

So I got diagnosed, I'm exhausted, my ears hurt, my throat hurts, my nose is extremely dry and bleeding and I can't sleep. I've been sick for over a month (had chest congestion and a cough for the first bit) but I felt better except a residual cough that just never went away. About 4 days ago I started having the sore throat symptoms
