Tutti pensano che il pugilato lo fai quando devi sfogare la tua rabbia. Quando non riesci a reprimere. Se hai la cattiveria dentro.

In realtà ci vuole un autocontrollo impressionante. Impari a gestire le tue emozioni e più sei vigile e calmo più sarai in grado di trovare la forza dentro di te e di avere una tecnica e una padronanza che ti permetterà di sovrastare l avversario. Il fisico, la potenza, la resistenza. Quello è frutto della semplice preparazione fisica che potenzialmente tutti possiamo raggiungere. Ma pochi fanno un lavoro mentale adeguato.

Sii uno di quei pochi e lavora su te stesso. E punta sempre al meglio.

Respira forte e sii forte prima con la testa e poi lo sarai con il corpo.
