I know times get tough and i still find it hard to get up some mornings. i look back on the video i made 2 years ago and i remember if i could do it then, then i can do it now! Stay strong! <3
3 years on from when i first made this video and i never expected it to touch so many people. I am now studying to be a paramedic and i can see a future ahead of me. I still have my down days and relapses from self harming but i refuse to give up. The road to recovery is never going to be a smooth ride, surround yourself with loving and caring people and always find something positive to keep you distracted through the dark times. The scars that mark my body will always be there, but those wounds have healed along with the pain. “Scars remind us where we’ve been they don’t have to dictate where we’re going.”
