Third post of my recap !

I tend to create large family, with the older children still living with their parent even if they are young adults. With so few spot to build, I wouldn’t have enough space to house everyone… and it would take so much time ! Bacause of that, most of my houses have lots of bedrooms, and it’s becoming a bit difficult to not always use the same stuff. We need more options for beds.

I’m complaining, but furnishing those rooms is fun, as you don’t have a lot of usable objects to put there. So much space to fill with surfaces and clutters !

Thursday, we will have a look at the other rooms of a house. :D

I’m still not satisfied by the clutter category, so many things missing, but fortunately, I have a trick : I use the game hidden objects. These objects are used when your sims does some interactions, and can be usefull to add more details in your builds.

After using testingcheats true,enter the cheat bb.showhiddenobjects.

Some of the collection objects are now available in the Decoration / Misc. category. To acces to the other hidden objects, enter ** on the search bar, the text **DEBUG** will show up, you can simply click on it.

You can’t use all of these objects as decoration, some simply disappear when you put them, the others will be cleaned up or putted away by your sims (drinks or books, for exemple). Make some test on a empty lot before to see which ones you can use safely. 

And as most of them can’t be placed on tables, you will have to use bb.moveobjects, to move them up and down with 9 and 0 on your keyboad. But don’t worry, all is explained here !

Guy’s.....I’m totally spamming the cuteness of my two newer adopted pups. Mia, who is a 7 month old Lab/Aussie Cattle Dog mix, and Ziggy who is a 1 year and 2 month old Corgi/Pom mix. We rescued these two from the Humane Society. Our dog, Honey whom my husband had for 11 years, and I 3 years, passed earlier this year. It devastated the both of us due to quickness of her passing. We took these two in memoriam of her. We rescued them, like Honey had rescued us.

Simmers Beware of this Virus!

Alright guys, I don’t know how many of you are active that still follow me, and how many will actually read this. But, I feel it is necessary for me to warn other simmers of possible dangers when downloading mods, which I’m sure most of you already are aware of. For the life of me I cannot remember where exactly, but I was downloading some more sims 3 mods from one of the tumblr posts I came across. Silly me didn’t think anything of it, but I think it was one of the ones that uses adfly. Anyways, I unfortunately downloaded a virus that wiped my entire computer. I was lucky that my husband is a computer guy and he was able to recover most of my important files, but I lost everything else. I’m also lucky that I have 2 step verification on like everything, because some of my accounts had attempted logins. Anyways, I just wanted to warn other simmers out there that there is a virus out there lurking about, and hopefully prevent someone else from losing anything important.

I’ve made this piece of CC like a month ago and I don’t know why I haven’t posted it yet. Because I’m lazy. So, here it is. I liked these two items from ts3 and when I started learning convertation this firetools thing was one of the first items that I converted for my game. I also made a fancy preview pic because I can. :D

So here is a little cottage in the 20X20 lot in Windenburg made for a family with a toddler and a dog, complete with a laundry room. It’s all CC free and I use mostly from the Laundry Stuff pack, Parenthood, Cats and Dogs and Get Together.
