Hey so here is my weight loss motivational video and I wanted to thank everyone that I trained with whilst on this journey and must say I consider fitness as a journey and not a 90 day or 60 day programme out of our lives.

I hope to train with those that visit on my blog some time whenever we are in the same city.

Just wanted to caption a little bit of my stretch marks... people always question me how I lost the weight and never believe me. All I want to say is that this instagram page and my blog are about me showcasing the life I lead and plan to lead. It will.never be about me trying to prove to any person that I did lose the weight with anecdotal evidence... we are on this life once and the physical fitness is only one aspect. This has to go down as one of the best pre-fight videos to watch and maybe just maybe - the best! Two women going at it for the UFC Bantam Weight Championship.

It is a pity it is not happening with Holly Holm having two more fights at the very minimum. I am a Ronda Rousey supporter and would have liked to have seen a more experienced Holly Holm take her on later in her MMA career. I wish Holm all the best. And to Ronda Rousey - champ of champs. History await! Generations await! Legacy awaits!
