With the Cabinet now short of two office holders, analysts say the case could speed up Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's plans for a reshuffle.

I am a bit baffled by the opinions in this article. I didn't even feel like Faishal needed to resign and he could have been given a warning and a chance.

There are so many dozens of PAP members in parliament and in the cabinet, surely we cannot expect all of them to not err. When they make mistakes that are unacceptable, they were removed from office.

I think clearly the system is working and I am glad it is though I find it is a bit too moralistic and strict personally.
