GENERAL IMPRESSION: When people meet Penelope, the majority of the time she is incredibly amiable. She is happy, cheery, & generous, putting the best interests of her customers first. She likes to make sure everyone is happy & satisfied. In her ‘off times’ (what she likes to call the times when she has a job to do that isn’t tailoring), she is calculating, precise, sharp, & somewhat cold, which only occurs on a contract.
