Someone sneezing and a thick strand of snot connects one nostril to whatever object they sneezed on. They try to sniff back up the snot but that lil sniff triggers another sneeze that releases another strand of snot out of the other nostril so now they've got two thick strands of snot pouring out of them. Do they have tissues? Are they surrounded by anyone? Do they even care if others can see them?

What if that "object" was actually a person? Mayhaps someone they like? Or a very important person? Or someone they'd like to avoid, and especially avoid sneezing?
