funny that Desire got Eat Your Young as a soundtrack considering that they set up their own daughter, granddaughter & great-granddaughter as pawns to either seduce their brother into destroying the universe (why??) or die trying.
also interesting layers considering A Modest Proposal was satire, so does that imply that Desire never intended to actually let their descendants go through with the plot? Or just that they didn't mean for their actions to be treated as anything other than satire?
Rose did almost die, and Unity wasn't intended to die in her stead, so maybe Desire simply didn't mean for Dream to actually be threatened?
they are so hypocritcal though, seeing as their plot does succeed ultimately. idk. made that connection that I hadn't thought about before. maybe it means something, maybe not.
