When i was in 4th grade, I had my tonsils removed. The gas mask they put on me had a tube that led to a balloon, which would inflate every time I breathed out. The doctors told me to blow up the balloon as big as I could (so I would take deeper breaths of the gas), and I, a former asthmatic who had taken many a breath capacity test, took this as a challenge and immediately went full-charge. They started dying laughing at how big the balloon was getting. I started to laugh as well. And then I woke up. The nurse beside my bed told me that most kids would scream and cry with the mask on, so the people in the surgery room were quite amused that I was having such a good time.
