Laundry day

Carme is staying with the Celestial family. And today is laundry day for Carme.

In the kitchen.

Carme: Sun, may I use your washing machine?

Sun: Oh, of course you know where it is, right?

Carme: Yes, I will be back in a bit.

5 minutes later, Solar enters the kitchen to get a snack.

Sun: Oh, hey Solar, mind you give this to Carme? I think the detergent in the laundry room is almost empty.

Solar: Sure.

Solar goes to the laundry and opens the door.

Solar: GOD F@CKING HEAVENS! WHY THE F@CK ARE YOU NAKED?!

Solar closes his eyes and blushes.

Carme: My clothes are in the washing machine.

Solar: THEN PUT ON SOMETHING ELSE!

Carme: I don't have anything else, remember?

Solar: You could have asked us to borrow something.

Carme: I...didn't want to be a burden more than I already am. Besides, it's not like I have a-

Solar storms out of the laundry room and into his room.

He comes back with his old clothes, and his eyes are still closed.

Solar: HERE!

Carme: But-

Solar: SHUT UP AND PUT THESE ON! Put a hole in the pants for your tail, I don't care.

Carme: ...thank you.

i think people get so used to their own creative work that they forget how amazing it is so i’m making this post as a reminder You are the only person capable of making art the exact way you make it. nobody else on earth can do that. there are always going to be those little habits and intricacies and details that simply cannot be replicated whether it’s in writing or painting or textiles and you make life all the better for it i love my friends’ art i love art from strangers im trying to love my own art I LOVE YOU!!! It's not r*pe, it's rape. It's not su*cide, it's suicide. Not unalive, dead. The backbone needs to be reintroduced en masse because softening the blow of these concepts with advertising language does absolutely nothing but allow people unaffected by them to feel not even a sting of what they can do, prompting inaction.

And it's been proven that on certain websites, you don't even face a repercussion for using the words as they are. People just started censoring themselves because they feared the potential lack of views and likes and followers which is so nasty itself.

I attended an anti-suicide seminar in college. One of the big takeaways from it was that stigmatizing suicide increases the rate of suicide, because people who are feeling suicidal feel like they can't ask for help. Every time I see babytalk garbage like 'unalive', I think of that.
