Hey there, I'm a foreign policy analyst with a masters degree specializing in nuclear nonproliferation and counter terrorism. I'm not the best expert on this, but I can give you a brief idea of what we're looking at. Others with similar backgrounds are free to jump in as well.

The good news: Iran lacks the capability to launch a military attack on the US mainland. So the likelihood of seeing foreign missiles in our skies is very very low unless another nation gets involved. However, Iran allegedly has the ability to sponsor terrorist organizations, and it may be much more likely that if we do see an attack on US soil, it would be that instead. I want to emphasize that the likelihood of a false flag operation to stir up US sentiment against Iran is incredibly high right now, and that if such an attack does occur, to think very critically about what the news is reporting.

More likely, we will see US bases in the Middle East attacked by Iranian missiles. We will probably be seeing a lot of dead US soldiers in retaliation for these strikes. Should this happen, it will immediately drag the US back into an armed conflict in the Middle East reminiscent of the War on Terror operations in the 2000's. If this becomes the case, we will also see the involvement of other nations and organizations like Pakistan and the Houthi rebels.

Now, in regards to nuclear security:

Despite Trump and Israel saying so, there is no evidence Iran currently has nuclear weapon capabilities (nuclear ENERGY is a different matter altogether, and requires a different type of enriched uranium compared to nuclear weapons). The IAEA has confirmed this, and so has Trump's National Security Advisor. So it is incredibly unlikely, if not nigh impossible, that Iran will launch a nuke at Israel or the US. They simply do not have the capability to do so.

TLDR: Iran will retaliate by attack US military bases and Naval assets in the Middle East. The Trump administration will retaliate in kind, and we are looking at an extended military campaign in the Middle East very similar to the 2003 Iraq war but this time with a fascist in power and Congress/courts willing to bend over backwards to keep their seat of power. There will likely be an attempt at a false flag attack to stir up the US support for this campaign despite the fact over 80% of the United States populace is against it. Stay alert, stay critical, and be safe.

Also y'all this really ties into how impactful comments are and why it's so encouraged to leave comments and leave NICE ones. If I hadn't known this was spam, and if I'd gotten this on my currently-updating fic, it would've crushed me and likely convinced me to never update again. Adversely, even one nice comment from someone is enough to motivate me to write and share more. If you read a fic you liked, tell the author that! If you're reading an unfinished fic, leave a comment to say you're excited for more, or comment throughout chapters even! It really is so easy and quick to do, and it's not only nice but it can also completely alter a writer's motivation and inspiration

Fanfic writers, please be aware that for some reason having bots spam fics with negative comments is a thing now. Not sure what anyone gets out of spreading misery, but just know it's not anything to do with your fic. I got one that was like, "This fic is a delight ... just kidding, it's unfunny and tedious." It was very clearly unrelated to the content of the fic but for someone else it might have been heartbreaking.

what i've heard about this sort of thing is that fics that have been deleted are harder to prove the provenance of, thus making them easier and safer for AI generators to scrape for their data sets

RFK's plans have been made very clear and any diagnosis you do get will get you put on this "national disease registry" they're proposing.

Trust me when I say I completely understand the need for accommodations and a better understanding of yourself, but if you have gone this long without being diagnosed, you will be better off waiting.

Furthermore, listen to and advocate for folks who are diagnosed, especially folks with higher support needs. They'll be the first ones targeted for whatever bullshit "experimental treatments" the government tries to push.

i genuinely hate how people have to sit and write a post that stands out while boosting a fundraiser because most people won't bat an eye at the misery and inhumane conditions Palestinians are living in.

i see people making art and telling others to use it because fundraisers with art are generally reblogged more often. i see people using colored text in order to make the post more eye catching.

palestinians on instagram are using popular audios and stitch trending reels at the beginning to make the world pay attention to them. imagine having to make something look entertaining in order to survive.

they are living under constant threat of israeli airstrikes, bombing, scarcity of food and disease. many have lost a lot in the past few months.

palestinians on tumblr are posting their pictures and the horrible conditions in which they are living. they travel long distances for internet connection only to be called a scammer by some privileged ass who cannot locate gaza on a map.
