As a therian fox and a proud one at that, there really is a spectrum of behaviors and emotions that come along with being a fox. Most people think of foxes as either adorable or simple pests, but the fox lies in between both worlds, a trickster and a dear friend. Sometimes I need to den, nest, and cuddle and other times I need chaos and rare steak tearing in-between my teeth. It's a struggle but the spectrum is a delicate balance to keep. I encourage you all to remember all of our nonhuman friends possess a range of emotions and our theriotypes, kintypes, nonhuman-types often align with ones inner self, not every canine is always friendly. 💚

How's collage?im planning to major in wildlife biology with a minor in environmental science in a few years I need to work some for money

Honestly it's been pretty good. I go to community college so money isn't a concern for rn but when I transfer to a 4-year it will be. However, I've been working and saving for the past few years so I don't think I'll need loans (or not a lot of loans). I'm in my sophmore year and so far the only thing that has kicked my ass was Calculus. Despite that I actually did get accepted for an internship to work in a lab for a few weeks which I'm really excited for.

Socially it's been pretty chill too, as a weird non-passing transmasc, nobody cares and respects my identity (where i live at least, if you feel like your area isn't safe then take more caution). I'm not an out therian but I did meet one other one (although I was too shy to talk to them).

My advice is to kill the imposter syndrome, it's okay to fail/get rejected (it can even be good, trust me!), take good care of your physical and mental, and use every resource available to you on campus.
