Shaeryn is regarded as an afterthought of a prince who was the cause of many headaches for the various kings during his life. It is rumoured that he took Willem Wylde as a lover.

Shaeryn is very far from being the typical Targaryen prince and is not very aligned with their house words or goals. He just wants to have fun and is bored by politics. His relationships with his brothers differ, but I'd say he is closest to Rhaegel.

The reign of Viserys I. Shaeryn would be delighted by the song and splendor of the Red Keep during his reign.
