I’m gonna disagree with Wil here.

Tumblr has shown time and time again that they’re unwilling to actually, y’know, investigate things before deleting entire artist accounts. This purge is just the last nail in the coffin. Artists are fleeing in droves, this site is going to lose a HUGE chunk of it’s userbase (both due to the artists leaving, and folks like me who follow them leaving). Hell, quite a few artists I follow take commissions through Tumblr, so this is even harming their livelyhood.

Let this site die.
