In hindsight, it was probably a mistake to read the Wicked book right before seeing the movie. Literally every character was lamer/less interesting than their book counterpart, with the exception of Fiyero, who is a different character altogether. Most of the world-building was stripped away, there's no mention of Unionists or Lurlinism, no academia...

I did like some of the musical numbers and the ending sequence alone was worth the prize of the ticket, though.

I so badly want to write a canon setting fic about RIIZE trainee years, but there are so many blanks in the timeline... Anton somehow doesn't even remember when he became a trainee, only that it was in the second half of 2021. It must have been in the autumn, but he also talks about training with Sohee like they started around the same time despite Sohee (by my calculations) joining almost six months later...?

Speaking of Sohee, how long was he a trainee in 2020? It seems to have been something like three to five months, but he never talks about it and we only know because of fan detective work, so...

I also want to know exactly when Sion joined. It was around the same as Wonbin, but was it before or after? It's a small detail, but in my mind crucial.

And that's not even getting into the dorm situations or the debut team carousel...
