Spirited Away isn’t a movie it’s an emotion
The funniest version of this is when you work in a haunted house
I was super bored one night bc we were really slow, and the animatronic that served as my cue had broken without my knowing, so I didn’t get an alert that someone was coming.
I was in the hallway singing “Peanut Butter Jelly Time” at the top of my lungs and jumping up and down in the hallway. The guy in the next hallway over was singing it with me. I don’t know what he was doing but knowing him, it was equally goofy.
So imagine being a teenager girl and her teenage boyfriend, coming down a dark and spooky hallway filled with fog, and finding a small demonic-looking thing jumping like a madman, shouting “PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME” at the top of its lungs with the voice of a twelve year old boy, and hearing a deep, booming voice repeating it back.
That sounds scarier than most things I’ve experienced in a haunted house to be totally honest

Not so friendly reminder Satan is anti map
“Do not harm children” -Rule 9 of The eleven satanic rules of earth
Amazing how even the religion with the one of the worst reputations is anti MAP lmaoooooo
Right? Also rule 5 “Do not make sexual advances unless given consent”
For people who expressed interest
I am not a satanist so I can not provide in-depth knowledge but there are many branches/types of satanism. Here is the ones I know of.. I might get a few things wrong but as said before I don’t practice satanism.
The Church of Satan: The church of Satan belives in no deity except for that of yourself! You are your own god/goddess. You worship yourself in the form of self-love, self betterment, happiness, and pursuing knowledge. To name a few. This branch of satanism encourages sex, but sexual acts towards children or animals are considered sins. (This church was founded by the man who wrote the satanic bible)
The Satanic Temple: Above all this branch encourages benevolence and empathy as well as the embrace of common sense and justice. This group does not worship Satan as a deity but rather as a figure off rebellion. Recently you may have heard that the temple erected a statue of Baphomet on public property in Detroit because of the city building a statue of the 10 Commandments. They also held a “Pink Mass” at the funeral of Westboro Baptist Church Leader Fred Phelps’ mother. Gay couples were welcomed to the pink mass and encouraged to publicly display affection and wish for Phelps’ mother to be “gay in the afterlife.”
Luciferianism: Luciferians are most concerned with the pursuit of knowledge. They worship Lucifer (mostly as a symbol but some as a deity) rather than Satan. To them he embodies self-determination and liberation from the slave mentality. Luciferians’ main goal is to help people “take responsibility for their own life and act as an individual moral agent, using the full potential of their own genius and thereby optimizing possibilities.”
Christian-based Duo Theism: This is a very small sect of Satanism that differs greatly from the rest. Theistic Satanists believe in the Christian bible… but in the war between Satan and the Lord, they’re on the side of Satan.
Why isn’t this being spread more often? This is so interesting and awesome
This is actually pretty interesting….
today on “i didnt know i was a satanist”
the church of satan specifically does cool activist stuff, like insisting that if the Arkansas State Capital Building has a christian nativity scene, they have to allow this satanic Baphomet statue as well
I’m pretty sure the goal was to get the state government to admit it should not participate in religious celebrations, but those folks are SO stubborn they let this statue go up to keep their nativity scene.
Fucking fantastic, you funky little Satanists
Hey just an idea but maybe instead of pushing veganism or vegetarianism on everyone in our society, we re-evaluate our society’s entire lifestyle and make changes to our individual lifestyles based on that because let’s be real: traditional veganism is not any better for the environment or physically healthier than eating animals products but being conscientious about where the products have been sourced.
If you’re:
Eating sustainably/carbon negative farmed meat and/or hunting your own meat, and only eating wild caught fish
Eating your own cultivated organic fruit and vegetables or purchasing organic fruit/veggies
Buying honey from local beekeepers as well as having solitary bee hotels around your neighborhood
Not buying plastic or reusing and recycling that little plastic you inevitably have
Not purchasing brand new electronics unless 100% necessary
Buying leather or suede second hand instead of purchasing PU leather, and in general trying to purchase second hand clothes rather than buying new
Mostly using cheese and milk from a variety of animals that have lower carbon emissions than cows, ie Sheep and Goat milk
Participating in a city wide composting scheme so your food waste doesn’t go into the landfill and end up producing methane
Donating to lobbyist groups that advocate for the elimination of non-recyclable and non-compostable plastics as well as for the elimination of pesticides and toxic fertilizers
Reducing your carbon footprint by only using public transport or an electric or hybrid car
Collecting rainwater when possible
Choosing not to embalm when burying passed loved ones
Buying or making your own soaps instead of purchasing soaps with environmental pollutants
Tending to eat local/native grains instead of buying grains from far away places where labor is cheap and nutritious food is exported for the most part rather than eaten by locals
Buying second hand furniture or only purchasing furniture that is made of solid wood and eco friendly materials instead of buying laminate and plastic furniture
Buying bamboo toothbrushes and hairbrushes instead of plastic ones
Buying personal items like bedding and underwear and sneakers and you opt for bamboo based materials instead of polyester, this goes for your mattress as well since you can buy bamboo based foam mattresses
Picking up litter you see on the street
Not smoking cigarettes nor vaping from single use cartridges
Volunteering for community wide eco-education
Doing any other eco-friendly lifestyle choice not mentioned
You are making a bigger impact on the world than anyone choosing to make a single change to their lifestyle like going vegan. Becoming carbon neutral and making choices that encourage carbon neutrality makes more of a difference than one single lifestyle change. Switching to an electric vehicle is meaningless if you still buy from companies using herbicides and pesticides. Eating organic is still not good enough if you let your food go to waste in a landfill. Choosing locally sourced honey over agave makes a difference. Choosing locally hunted meat over quinoa for protein makes a difference. Buying wild caught fish instead of buying inorganic tofu makes a difference. Every choice you make has an impact. Every choice has consequences. It’s just sometimes harder to know which choice is best. Educate yourself on which choices you need to start making for yourself and your communities lifestyle. Buying organic fresh fruit and veg may be good for one person in a perennially warm environment but if you’re in a colder climate in winter where berries are out of season, buying organic fruits and veg might not be the best option if they’re having to be imported. In some parts of the world organic cows milk might be affordable as well as environmentally friendly to buy and drink and in another part of the world, goats or sheep’s milk might be the more environmentally friendly and more affordable option. Do your research and then: call your friends out if you see them litter, do what you can with your money to support companies taking initiative with being environmentally friendly, and use your spare time to educate your community on how to be environmentally conscious, and use the power of your vote to support policies and politicians that will eventually force stagnant industries and corporations to become at the least: carbon neutral.
Corporate: Doesn’t allow stores to do their own ordering, sends same orders to every store regardless of size, location, sales data, customer feedback, etc.
Corporate: Replaces well-liked, competent managers with hypocritical, sycophantic drones who can’t complete the most basic back office tasks without help and who routinely throw employees under the bus to appease outrageously entitled customers.
Corporate: Ends donation programs for local charities and social programs without any consideration for the relationships that individual stores have fostered in their communities through those programs.
Corporate: Enacts policies but picks and chooses when to enforce them; will side with a customer who complains about an employee not allowing a return against policy but then reprimand that same employee for taking a similar return a week later.
Also corporate: “Why are we having so much trouble retaining employees and why are sales down? Must be because of bad employees giving poor customer service!”
