DETAILS I’VE NOTICED PERTAINING TO WESKER AND CHRIS:

If you play as Chris in re1 it’s Wesker leaving things for Chris to survive, but for Jill it’s suddenly Barry. Wesker leaves behind notes, warnings for enemies, advice, and healing supplies at different areas of the game for Chris.

When you meet up with him at a point in re1, with Chris he says “Chris! You’re alive!” but when you play as Jill he says “Jill… so you’re safe…” with an obviously different emotional tone.

Whatever the hell “oh fishy, come see my hook” in CV was that sounded like he was talking about something completely… different.

In the ending of re1, Wesker says “Chris. You made it. Of course, you are one of my men.” And holds him at gunpoint, knocking him down and standing over him (as in with his legs in either side of Chris.) He also noticeably gets upset when Chris offends him. However, if you play as Jill, not only does he not care when she insults him, he hardly acknowledges her existence. He actually hardly acknowledges her part in STARS at all. And when he holds her at gunpoint, he only knocks her down and then steps away from her.

Wesker said their fates are forever intertwined in TUC. Specifically, “Chris… it appears our fates are forever intertwined.”

In re1, Wesker ALWAYS knows where Chris is even though he doesn’t track any other stars member to the same extent. (And also outside of re1, because in RECV he’s watching him on security cameras.)

In re5 not only did Wesker not have his finger on the trigger when holding Chris at gunpoint, he also ignored Sheva’s existence entirely. Also the “Soon, even you will understand, Chris.”

Re5, when Wesker is in the volcano, Sheva is the only one in his line of sight. Despite this, Wesker yells out Chris’ name as his final words. And only when Chris is in the helicopter does Wesker start trying to use Uroboros to pull the helicopter in.

Also in re5, during the raid on the Spencer Mansion, when Jill was shooting erratically at Wesker, Wesker actually shoved out of the way of the bullets, and you can see that the bullets that missed Chris would’ve hit him if not for Wesker.

And also in an ending scene of RE4R you can see he has a picture of Chris from revelations.
