Ezio and his lovely warm sweater. Be right back, gonna die from the cute.
I had to.
Hair appreciation post because why the hell not?

Ezio overheard the thugsâ warning about the police so he backed off just a bit. He didnât need his father to have to deal with any unwanted attention due to Ezioâs brash nature. âYou wouldnât be able to kill me if you triedâ he spat back.Â
Ezio then moved over to where his brother was seated. He sat down and picked up his coffee mug, which was now at a rather gross luke warm temperature. He sipped it anyway in a feeble attempt to look innocent.Â
I will not cover for you this time Fratellino. Federico warned his younger brother. Federico said this all the time, yet always did manage to cover for Ezio and Ezio knew this. .
"Weâll see about that, Auditore!" Vieri didnât bother to keep his voice low as he and his boys left. Ezio would pay dearly for being the piece of shit he was; and if Vieri had his way, it would be a harsh lesson and one that would not be easily recovered from. But, in a way, this Auditore in particular wasnât the only one that he considered guilty. In fact, Vieri was nearly as eager to punish one Federico Auditore for the simple fact that⌠well, if he hadnât been fucking Federico, this would never have been an issue he could have used against him. Besides, itâs not like Federico did anything to shut the prick up. Heâd love to see Federico deck Ezio.
In other news, Vieri kicked over a trash can and broke some things here and there on his way. Now to find something else to do or someone else to bully to get his frustration out.
Ezio watched as Vieri and his gang of brutes left the cafe. He was thankful for that they were done before the police had a chance to actually do something. His father's punishment would be severe as Ezio found himself getting into fights more often than he should.Â
Federico sighed in discontempt. As much as he did love a good fight, this rivalry between Ezio and Vieri was getting old. He was well aware that it would probably never end but he was getting sick of it.
The two finished their coffees and then started their walk home.Â

Ezio easily side-stepped Vieriâs feeble attempt to grab him. In response he moved, punching towards Vieriâs face. âYou would know all about cazzi in the assâ he  retorted.Â
Federico just sat back and sipped his coffee, telling himself only to step in if things got too bad. His Fratellino had to fight his own battles and didnât need him to fight for himÂ
Had he not been able to do something as simple as grabbing from their previous positions, he was more or less in the edge of being clear from a thrown punch. Still, he had the instinct to flinch back from it even though he had some room. There was just something about seeing a fist swung near you that got your body still trying to move away. Sure, his hand-to-hand skills werenât as honed as some of his other skills, but give him a blade or gun, and he would be more in his league. However, unfortunate for him as it may be, Vieri knew what trouble it would cause him if he pulled his knife here.
And speaking of troubleâŚ
One of his boys hurried up to him, grabbing at Vieri for his attention. Although the Pazzi shrugged off his hand, he paid mind to the fact that he was being told that the guy thought that the staff of the shop was calling the police.
Had nothing been done in the meantime, well, Vieri would spit in irritation to the side without really spitting saliva. It was more for show before he scoffed and headed for the door. âYouâre lucky I donât kill you here, cazzo.â

Ezio took a moment to eye Vieriâs goons, there wasnât anyone new and therefore he knew he could take them. He has done it before and was willing to do it again if he had to. He did secretly enjoy getting Vieri riled up.Â
Federico looked from Ezio to Vieri and sighed, he didnât want to say anything to provoke them further for Ezio was his brother and VieriâŚwell he did like whatever thing they had going.Â
"NeverâŚ.because I am not one to tell lies Vieri, that is your job" he retorted, a sly smile on his face. "and I see the way you walk, you definitely have taken one up the ass." he knew this would definitely be enough to set him off. "Now go on home and tell Viola that Iâll see her tonight"Â
Vieri wouldnât be himself if he didnât rile easily. And while he didnât personally jump to action immediately all of the time, it wasnât surprising when he did throw the first blow. Snarling, he threw himself at Ezio with the intention of grabbing at the front of his shirt in aggression. When angryâthis time being no exceptionâVieri was yelling, his voice straining not to screech. âFiglio di puttana! Iâll fucking kill you!â
Now, a smooth talker could have just mocked Ezio by asking why the bastard was staring at his ass enough to see him walking ever so off, but that would be if Vieri was a smooth talker. He had his moments of great comebacks every now and again, but he was mostly very prone to losing his words when he was very angry. This was one of those times. âTake it back or youâll be the one walking like youâve had cazzi up the ass, recchione!â
What a threat. What a threat.

"Im not taking back anything when it is the truth. Just admit you lay with men and we can all go on with our lives" Ezio told him, a smug expression creeping onto his face. "And if your famiglia is so close, why would she lie about you?" he asked. "I mean, unless your family really is a mess"Â
Federico knew better than to give his two sense on the matter so he lied for Vieri. âEzio, it was just a stupid rumor Fratellino. It really isnât something to fight over. Come sit and we can talk over coffeeâ
Ezio ignored his brother and moved closer to Vieri. âYou act like Iâm scared of youâ he spat. âYou and I both know that I can easily beat the ever loving hell out of youâ
He should just set his boys on him. He should just let them beat the shit out of the prick and laugh as he lay broken on the ground. Vieri didnât glance to them, but he remained ever aware that he did have his backup and they were the kind of young men that were just waiting for a chance for violence. And being the sadist who had a point to prove that he was, there was frequently an opportunity for them to get their aggression out on a target heâd selected. Talk about a symbiotic relationship.
But damn straight Federico lie on his behalf. Heâd keep his goddamned mouth shut if he wanted to continue their little trysts.
Vieri responded in kind to getting closer, aiming to invade Ezioâs personal space. âI know you canât.â One of these days, he really should bring a gun. See how smug the prick was with a gun at his head. Then again, Vieri was always fond of using a blade as it took longer and was easier to prolong pain with. âTake back what you said about me, and youâll live to whine to your idiot brother. Iâm no frocio, whether or not youâre looking to call that bastard one.â Oh wait, he should add more. âAnd stay away from my sister.â
Ezio took a moment to eye Vieri's goons, there wasn't anyone new and therefore he knew he could take them. He has done it before and was willing to do it again if he had to. He did secretly enjoy getting Vieri riled up.Â

Mentore
Ezio looked up when Federico approached. âBuongiornoâ he greeted, standing up properly. âHave you eaten yet?â Ezio asked, gesturing to the seat beside him. âI canâ t have you faintingâ he mused as he sat back down and sipped his coffee.
Eaten? Wellâ âN-No, mentor, not yet. I am afraid that I forgot about it when I was fitting my armor back on,â the novice admitted sheepishly, moving to seat himself where Ezio had directed him to.
"Mi dispiace, it would seem I am still very nervous about the mission..âI-I would still like to accompany you, of course mentor!"
"Well you should definitely eat then" he said, keeping his tone warm and non-accusing. Ezio took another sip of his coffee and allowed the other to take his time eating. "I never doubted that you wanted to come." he paused. "Let me give you some advice....you are no good to anyone dead" he told him. "You're safety always comes first, well in the beginning at least" he chuckled. "After about ten years it is okay to get a bit wreckless"

"Donât shoot the messenger" he retorted as the other shoved him. "I am simply telling you what I know as fact. Im pretty sure your sister isnât a liar" When he moved to push him again he felt hands on his wrists, the touch was a familiar one.Â
Basta children. The voice spoke, Ezio turned around to see his older brother, Federico standing there. Now what the hell has gotten into the two of you? He asked, shifting his gaze from Ezio and then to Vieri.
Ezio knew better then to go against what his fratello said so he stepped back from Vieri, still glaring at him.Â
His sister! While heâd always declined that sheâd have the idiotic notion to spread around the things he did in private, he also didnât think that she would know this about him. A rumor. It had to be a rumor that she made up to spite him. Why else would she tell Ezio of all people? Definitely, he would need to put her in her place. âIâm pretty sure she is a liar, grullo!â
And when that bastard Federico showed his pathetic face, Vieri gave him a nasty look before turning his attention back onto Ezio. He wasnât so easily swayed to listen to what the idiot was saying to try and stop their argument. âTake back what you said, or Iâll make you regret it.â

Mentore
Ezio woke up the next morning and slipped on his armour. He started the day by sharpening his blades as it was common knowledge that a dull blade was more dangerous than a sharp one. After finishing that he made his way into the kitchen to grab a pastry and a cup of coffee. He was also awaiting the arrival of the novice, Federico whom he had assigned to come along with him. Â
His rest was rather half-and-half. He wasnât tired when he woke up, but he also was not completely rested up. Federico was up and into his armor as soon as he had roused himself enough, and nearly panicked, thinking that he had overslept. His armor was hard to slip into, but once he had it straightened out he gathered his blades and hurried to his mentorâe dwelling, hoping the master assassin had not decided to leave him behindâalthough Federico would not blame him for it.
Ezio looked up when Federico approached. "Buongiorno" he greeted, standing up properly. "Have you eaten yet?" Ezio asked, gesturing to the seat beside him. "I can' t have you fainting" he mused as he sat back down and sipped his coffee.
About a week ago I posted this.
Iâve been getting horrible messages like this in my ask for months, including:
and my personal favorite
After getting the message saying âJust go kill yourselfâ I was completely done dealing with this personâs horrible messages and replied with just an âOkay.â and logged off tumblr.
About a week later I logged back on with 17 messages in my ask, most of them from the anon. I scrolled down and at first when I logged off, the anon messaged me things like
I scrolled up more and all of a sudden they started sending me more and more messages like
This was extremely surprising to me. I thought âAfter all those horrible messages you sent to me for MONTHS about hating me and wanting me dead, you say âsorryâ and that you âcant be responsible for someoneâs suicideâ?â
But I guess the lesson goes like this:
DONT TELL ANYONE TO KILL THEMSELVES UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR WHAT MIGHT ACTUALLY HAPPEN
and this is why its actually illegal to do that, and you can be sent to jail if they actually do it.
