Reblog if you think Pokemon Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness are pretty underrated.
Ominous positivity
You will be okay. You have no choice.
i drew this
Team Juggernaut’s first member was illegally acquired way before houndour actually showed up in any dungeons, as a team-joining client so on a whim I named her Orisa because she started out as a sort of protector while Anatolia was still a small egg who missed 60% of the time
mega!
This is the sickest shit of all time
“Well, that’s certainly not one of the usual suspects. Might even say it’s a strange suspect.”
“Mm.”
“Gonna tell me about it?”
“You ever think about the Vault?”
“The Vault? Of Glass? I try not to. It was weird in there.”
“Yeah, well, I can’t just not think about it. That place, what we saw in there… it’s always haunted me. Some of the loot we took out of there… I ended up wishing we hadn’t. Got rid of a lot of it—almost everything, actually. But there was one thing I couldn’t part with.”
“You mean that pulse? Is this that one?”
“Yes, that pulse rifle. The one that might’ve belonged to… that other Guardian.”
“You used to love that thing.”
“Yeah, but I was also afraid of it.”
“Afraid? Of a gun?”
“Not of the gun itself. What it might carry. What it might mean. I had this creeping sense, somewhere way back, like… deep behind my eyes… that something terrible could happen if I let it go.”
“Behind your eyes? What does that mean?”
“I’m not sure, just… listen. I’d stored it away for a long time, and after the Red Legion knocked over the old Tower, I figured it was gone for good.”
“I left some good weapons in there too. That Hunter was right… should’ve stashed things in the wilds… But if this is it, how’d you get it back?”
“I don’t think I did. I think it got me back.”
“What?”
“Found it in my jumpship’s stowage after we cleared out the Cabal. I don’t remember transferring it.”
“I forget about transferring things all the time.”
“I didn’t forget. Ghost doesn’t have a record of my doing it, or of doing it for me. Either it transferred itself without leaving any trace in any logs, or something… changed.”
“Changed?”
“So that it was always there. In my ship’s transmat stowage, rather than where I left it stored.”
“You mean… like… the timeline changed or something?”
“…”
“You can’t be serious.”
“It came from the Vault. You know how things in there could… change.”
“Yeah, the operative words being ‘in there.’ The Vex don’t have that kind of control outside the Vault.”
“I don’t know. I just knew I had to keep the gun close, to look after it, and that I should try to… alter it, maybe turn it into something else, you know? Something that couldn’t change things like it had.”
“You think the gun itself changed time?”
“…I don’t know, but I changed it. Swapped all the parts I could. New firing mechanism, new receiver. Replaced the casing. Switched the sights. Tried to remake it, take it apart while keeping it together, right?”
“OK… and?”
“And I think I’ve answered the old riddle about the ship of Theseus.”
“The… what?”
“An old, old question about replacing parts of something: if you eventually replace every element of a thing, one at a time, is it still the same thing once every piece has been changed?”
“Oh. Well, isn’t it, more or less?”
“It isn’t… and it is. The gun’s changed, with all the work I put into it, and it doesn’t behave like it used to… but it still changes things. Makes its own rules, sometimes. Decides it’ll fire faster than it can—but the parts don’t get blown out like they should from that kind of overclocking. It doesn’t do what it used to do, but… it has some of the same eagerness for the kill.”
“That… sounds troubling.”
“What troubles me is I still don’t know… what it wants.”

@coldhands-and-clockwork this about sums up my competitive pokemon skills after years of not competing with you
“I didn’t think any of these survived in good condition, let alone… pristine. Where did you get this?”
“Bit of a creepy story.”
“It’s Festival of the Lost; all the better.”
“Well… Like a lot of us, I had mine stowed in my jumpship, for backup. I was flying back from patrol duty when the comms cut out, and still in the air just barely suborbital when the Light went out. Actually, fortunate I was that high up: gave the navcom more time to kick in emergency auto-descent. On the other hand, unfortunate that a thresher noticed me coming down, and took out one of my engines on its way by.”
“Damn.”
“That’s what I said, probably. Don’t really remember too well. Ship crashed, obviously, but had made it down far enough that I walked away. Poor thing was a total wreck. No transmat, couldn’t retrieve so much as an extra knife… but had kept one of these in the cockpit, so I took it and went to find a cave to pass out in.”
“But you’re not telling me you took this thing into the Red War and brought it out spotless like this, right?”
“No, this one’s not the one I had then. I fought hard with that gun on my way to the Farm. Took out a lot of legionaries when I could sneak up behind them, got a lot of Cabal oil-gel on the thing. Got a bit gummed up, but I picked up the Legion’s own guns when I could. Lost it somewhere along the way before we went in to retake the City.”
“So where you get this new one?”
“Well, skip forward a bit to when we’re moving into the new Tower. I get assigned quarters, I go down to the right floor, find the door, and it’s open. Someone’s already in there, looks like: bit of luggage, some things scattered on the desk. I go back upstairs, check my assignment with the postmaster; they confirm it, and insist nobody’s taken the room. So I go back down, figure I’ll find whoever’s moved in, sort it out. When I get back down there and take a closer look, I realize something’s off. There’s dust all over everything, and no footprints in it except mine. It covers the luggage and the stuff on the desk, too. Then I notice some charts on a side table: maps of Mare Imbrium.”
“Mare Imbrium?”
“Yep. With plotted troop movements and battle lines, for an invasion to take out the Hive.”
“No…”
“I went back to find out about the previous occupant, but they didn’t have records for lodging assignments from that time, or the rooms weren’t specifically assigned back then, or something or other like that. They didn’t know. Said I could keep the stuff, or get rid of it, so I went through what was there. This sidearm was in the luggage, clean and shiny from the factory, still in its presentation box.”
“They made these back then? Before the Great Disaster on the Moon?”
“Apparently. Guess it was always meant mostly as a presentation piece, so there wasn’t much concern about updates over the years. Clearly this one’s owner didn’t think to take it along—not that it would’ve made much difference up there.”
“Maybe not. Then again, sounds like yours made a hell of a lot of difference to you.”
“Yeah… guess it did.”

Good Luck Getting Across This Shit With A Mach Bike Losers This Post Was Made By Acro Bike Gang
This is the discourse I wanna see on this website
After last year’s edition of our Destiny zine, we couldn’t wait to get back in the saddle for volume 2. We’re excited to announce that we’re (finally) doing just that.
Written in Light is back, and we’re now accepting submissions for Volume 2!
The theme of volume 2 is Tales from the Fall – anything and everything related to the Red War. You can include canon characters or original characters in any combination, your content doesn’t have to be centered on Guardians, and we welcome whatever headcanons you have about the Red War in your work.
Please send all submissions to [email protected]. Be sure to include the title of your piece, the name you want on your byline, and - optionally - a link to your website or portfolio.
The deadline for submission is December 18th, 11:59 PM PST.
Submissions may take the form of:
Artwork - digital or traditional media, including drawing, painting, comics
Fiction writing - prose, poetry, screenplays, flavor text; all forms of fiction
Cosplay/Prop-making - original photography
We are NOT accepting:
Non-fiction stories or journalism
In-game screenshots, edited or otherwise
Multi-chapter or ‘series’ entries, including ‘introductions’ - all submissions must be stand-alone content
All submissions to Written in Light must be previously unpublished, original content.
We know you’ve already made some great stuff - that’s how we know this will be a success! However, we ask that submissions be crafted explicitly for inclusion in this zine. If you’re a cosplayer or a prop-maker, this doesn’t mean we’re asking you to create a new costume or prop (feel free!) - but we are asking that you take new, original photos.
The full Submission Guidelines and Formatting Rules can be found here!
Best of luck out there, Guardians. We look forward to seeing your work!

Ok. Cool. Just fuck my morning up. Break my heart. Nice.

kishimoto: Sasuke is a prodigy ninja
me, who spent the last 300+ chapters reading about Sasuke getting his ass beat concave:
LIST OF PEOPLE WHO BEAT SASUKE’S ASS:
That kid from the first arc with the mask
That dude from the first arc with the huge sword
His brother
Kakashi, I think
Orochimaru
I’m pretty sure Rock Lee beat his ass physically, emotionally, or spiritually at least three times
Naruto
That big tiddy lady from the chunin arc
A math problem
Killer Bee
His brother, again
Gaara
I don’t remember if Neji ever physically fought him but I’m pretty sure Neji used his petty gay shade powers to own Sasuke at least once
Jiraiya I think
Tsunade, definitely
Literally all of the Akatsuki
Himself
