Max: Queen Sophia! Hi! What chu doin?
Sophia: Studying. You?
Sophia: Hope you're not teaching my brother new tricks.
The fuck you lookin’ at? Got a starin’ problem?
Looking at the arse who sat down at my cafe and wondering if he'd like to answer my question some time soon. Are you going to order or not?
"So… Like Charlie’s Angels?" Avery wasn’t going to let that idea go anytime soon. Avery watched Sophia as she picked up her stuff, almost as if she wanted to make sure no one would come bother them. Not that it would be a problem, since it was obvious the other girl definitely knew how to take care of herself. "You should try Amazon, I found a really cute case that is almost indestructible." Shrugging, Avery looked away for a second. "Working."
Sophia just rolled her eyes. She wasn't going to answer the question again. She stood up, shoving her phone in her pocket and slinging the bag over her shoulder. "Thanks, I'll check it out." The other girl looking away seemed strange, but it was hardly Sophia's place to comment.
Colin scratched his chin and nodded his head. When the girl took control of the situation, grabbing the man’s wrist and twisting it down, his hands fell to his sides. With his mouth still dropped open, slack and in awe, his eyes followed to her free arm. “Looks like you have fings settled,” he smiled back at her, wondering if she would finish the job and break the man’s arm in half, knowing full well that would be unnecessary. Albeit, a satisfactory conclusion to what he had just witnessed.
Sophia couldn't but feel a sense of satisfaction at the surprise on the man's face. People often underestimated her, and it worked to her advantage, but it still felt good to be recognised. "Yep," she replied. The man she held in a lock stammered out a plea and a promise to leave, so she let him go with a shove. Breaking his arm was tempting, but unnecessary. It would only cause more attention to be drawn. "You can stop staring now," she added to the man, turning away from her assailant's retreating figure.
The ones that terrorised this city only a year back and some. You weren’t around here when those happened, I’m guessing?
Right. No, but I heard about them. No one would go into the city for months.
Avery took a step back when the man prepared to throw a punch. She was ready to spray him again, but it wasn’t necessary since the brunette caught his arm before he could do something else. Widening her eyes, she watched her eyes leave, not quite believing what she had just witnessed. ”Uh-huh, no shit. That was… Oh wow, are you a Charlie’s Angel?”
Sophia raised her eyebrow. "No, just good at martial arts," she replied. She dusted herself off and picked up the bag and phone she'd dropped when the man had slapped her. "Shit.." she muttered, seeing the scratches on her phone. "Knew I should've gotten a case." Looking back at the girl she asked, "What are you doing out so late anyway?"

Max: Okay some asswipe decided to change all of my contacts to Guess Who. And I am not in the mood. So.. can you tell me who you are?
Sophia: Soph
Nope, I’m not. Because I know what’s coming.. weather wise.. I am just talking about the events in London.
Events? What kind of events?
Well, I didn’t know that you knew how to pick locks. Who’s the one keeping secret now? Also, I just met the guy, it was a spur of the moment thing. I was thinking about those times I’ve locked myself in my apartment. It happens, Soph. You know better than me.
Also, we should probably get this unlocked soon, how long have we been standing here again? I think I’ve done everything right…
I don’t need medals. I have plenty of those in my own flat. Okay, Jesus. You don’t have to show off your muscles, lady.
Hey Owen, tell your sister to be quiet. I’m trying to get into the zone here. Okay, those picks in the lock yeah? Good. You have to feel around with the pick at the top. The hook should be hitting some kind of mechanism — like buttons it can push upwards. Can you sense them?
I've always been the secret keeper, you know that. Well, until recently. Yeah yeah, how many texts have I gotten in the middle of a lecture reading "where'd you hide the spare key?".
Oi! Watch it you. *sits back, arms crossed and eyebrows raised*
Howling winds, heavy rain and what not. London is oddly quiet.. always at this time of the year. And every one who has lived in this city long enough would know that there is another huge storm brewing waiting for its time. Wonder what it is this time round….
You don't sound as if you're expecting a weather pattern.
"The bloody fuck is going on here?" He questioned, after witnessing a man slap a woman, just after stepping out of the pub.
"This asshole was just leaving," Sophia answered. When the man snickered, she grabbed his wrist and twisted it painfully behind his back where she could easily do more damage if needed. "Right?"
Oh, wow, that was….something.
Sophia gave the man a sharp knee in the crotch and a smack in the head for his trouble. As he left, groaning, she massaged her cheek and turned to the girl who commented. "Thanks."
"Whoa, whoa whoa…" When she saw the man struck the girl, Avery couldn’t stay there and do nothing. Taking out the can of pepper spray from her purse, she quickly ran towards the pair and sprayed the male’s face, being careful of not hotting the girl. "Hey, you okay?"
Sophia looked back at the man and spat towards him. "Asshole," she muttered. This time when the enraged man made a swing, even after being pepper sprayed, Sophia grabbed his wrist and twisted. "Piss off or I'll break your elbow," she threatened before shoving him away. She then looked at the girl with the pepper spray. "Fine. Going to have a bit of a bruise though."
